Staff here seem to have mostly rude attitudes towards customers. Every time I place an order, I sometimes have to wait to ask for any condiments. & attitudes change for asking. This establishment needs to have a better training session with staff on friendly customer service with paying customers vs just placing food at the counter. Or leave condiments for customers to access without disturbing staff. I refuse to dine here again

Been coming for last few years every week after work. Last 2/3 months it has gone down hill. They can’t get one order right. Also I’m 100% convinced the staff doesn’t know what “plain” means. Like a “plain” cheeseburger. Unfortunately, will not be returning as following instructions especially with food is a must.

Long waits! Ketchup pouring out the Burger's . You have to wait forever . Food is cold and looks like crap ! Employees have attitudes ! Massive finger prints all over glass . The Manager should be fired along with the staff . Time for a reboot !
As for food, it is nothing special, a fast food like many, but the service was good and it was clean and organized
Parking: It's free and there are plenty of parking spaces.
Wheelchair accessibility: Enough space for a wheelchair and special tables for them

Asked for McChickens to be cooked fresh and they were somehow already cooked by the time I got to the next window. I questioned the manager about this and she didn't know if they were fresh, but obviously they weren't. She made me wait at the next window and gave me a snarky comment when I asked for sauce saying "you know you have to pay for this right?" Ok I don't care about 50 cents, but I knew they would forget my sauce if I ordered them in the first window and not all McDonalds charge for sauce. Anyways, the food that I received was not fresh or appetizing at all and the tomato slices that I paid extra for were pathetically small. This is the first time I go to a McDonald's in months for this exact reason, it's always a disappointment.

I was served by a young man who I asked if anyone spoke Spanish and he answered no, shaking his head and looking at the floor, the burger had cheese and came without cheese, they gave me the order without an absorbent, without napkins and without tomato sauce. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Listen, if you value your time and dignity, avoid this McDonald's. It’s like they’re trained to mess up every order just to see how much nonsense you’ll tolerate. They don’t care about service, quality, or even basic competence. Going here is a waste of time and self-respect.
