A Mac Donald’s location that always.. always makes you go around the car drive-thru pickup window and wait for them to bring you the items.. why?

Every time I come to this location, there is a problem. There is poor customer service from management. I will never return to this location, I'd rather drive farther for better service and food quality

Ordered food from here on uber eats only got half the food this place is trash they always mess up the orders and the quality of the food is awful I will NEVER eat from here again

The place wasn’t even busy. Nobody was attending to the people that were at the front of the store at the register. The manager just sat on her phone texting and strolling through her phone on top of the food, which is very unsanitary touching the food as she’s been touching her Her phone while touching people’s food I must say this place has really took a turn

Maybe you having a bad day, I've had a bad day now and again through the years and I never waivered my kindness to others.
Even when my brother died. I stayed away from people until I could return.
I was so taken back with how you treated me most especially in front of my young daughter.
So much so I'm writing this review.

The food was fine, but the drive through is not the best here, they take your order and they make you drive around and wait for it, they basically do that to every car, the parking lot is very small so it creates a mess there, and on top of that they come to every window with a bag asking you if this is your order, very unorganized... Not good.

The drive thru female was moody and yelling, no at me but at her coworkers. It clearly states diet coke on my receipt and they give me regular coke. Ughhh
Not sure if it is like this at all McDonald's. We placed our order almost 25 minutes ago and we're still sitting in the parking lot. My order was a 10 piece nugget and meal deal. I realize this is McDonald's, and we shouldn't expect five star service but what is going on. It's been like this for a while now, doesn't matter what time you come.

Place an order through Uber eats food got here on time french fries a little soggy, but that’s not the issue. The issue is the drink that was ordered the cup itself on lid and edge has some sort of black sticky stuff to it. Don’t know if this is some sort of grease paint or something, they can get someone sick Employees here should care a little bit more and make sure what they’re doing or they’re serving. It’s properly cleaned.
