THE FEMALE EMPLOYEE WITH CURLY HAIR HAD ME DRIVE BACK ADOUND THE DRIVE THRU ONCE I WAS ALREADY AT THE WINDOW BECAUSE THE CAR BEHIND ME HAD A “BIG ORDER”. Since when is it my duty to cater to someone BEHIND me in line? I only had ONE item on my order. Once I drove back around, that car was already gone! So apparently the order wasn’t that big. Nobody was responding on the speaker. Horrible experience. I left without my order because of how absurd that was! Wasting my time and wasting my money. I won’t come back to this location. DO BETTER.

Just had it out with the manager who basically told me to my face that I ordered the wrong thing when they are the ones that messed up the order. She told me to go park and wait because I was holding up the line and I did and they left me waiting forever! So much so that I had to get out of my car. The worst customer service ever for an area like “Weston” but then again the manager barely spoke English so who knows what the hell she understood! Then I spoke to her in Spanish and she still lost her shit. I’m never coming back here again!

Very bad attention. To lose soda again, it was like asking for gold dust. A hair came out of the burger. And the manager Viviana distrustfully saying that she had already delivered the order. I leave several photos of the hamburger with the hair. It's not a joke. Every time I go I always leave in a bad mood because of the bad treatment and delays from the same person. Sorry but that's how it is

Ordered 5 Happy Meals, Big Mac Meal to eat in and all cold. Tried to use automated machine no success, asked for a manager told they were busy and cashier said was not even suppose to take orders. Order finally came out no napkins, ketchup and a ranch we ordered. The back looked like they were having a party. Will not be back again!
The Manager who worked around 7pm today is rude there’s no reason her as a manager should be providing any poor service! I will not be back that was just unacceptable!

I was waiting for someone to take my order and one of the worker told the manager that there was a client at the counter and she said and I was able to hear “They can wait because I don’t care”. She really shouldn’t be working in a place where she has to service people. I will not go to that McDonald again.
The worst McDonald's in the world, I paid at 1:05 pm for a 5 dollar meal, and at 1:18 pm they still hadn't even prepared my order and I was standing at the cashier, don't come, it doesn't work
