I went here late last night around 1:14am and regret it. It was truly a wasted $48 bucks and 22 minute drive. The cookies were cold and hard, my pint of ice cream was half filled as if I ordered 3 scoops. The shake was just awful. I wish I tried and touched everything before I left. I thought this would be my late night snack craving go to based on the reviews but I’m completely disappointed and turned off.
My advice is to check the 1 star reviews, I really wish I had. I will not be returning.

Had to try them as they have been popping up on my FYP’s. Made a 30 minute drive and was not very satisfied. Stood at the counter without being greeted awkwardly. The gentleman was nice behind the counter and was working on 6 milk shakes but was very awkward standing there. The cookies were not “ooey gooey” as advertised and rather dry and hard. Not very flavorful. There are other locations and will to try them but with many cookie stores around I had very high hopes. Maybe with an ice cream sandwich or milkshake it would be better but as a cookie itself it wasn’t anything to write home about. They store is really cool and had awesome paintings in it and the ice cream looked good. Might have to try that next time.

We ordered through a third party delivery service at 9PM on a Tuesday night. Now Im not one to write reviews but it was not a great first experience and I will write about it. The cookies were flavorless. We ordered s’mores, salted caramel, tres leches and Nutella. The Nutella was probably the best one. The tres leches was too soggy, couldn’t even hold the cookie without it falling apart and the other cookies tasted like nothing, very bland. We also ordered a milkshake, disappointing and I’ve never had a bad milkshake. It was basically liquid and had no thickness to it, tasted like straight milk as well. Very disappointing first experience and will ensure that we are not return customers.
I ordered Uber Eats and my cookies came in a sealed box. However, 1 cookie was taken out of the box. I tried to call the store but no answer. I have photos. I contacted Uber and they issued me a $5 credit. I just want who ever is responsible for removing my cookie to be held accountable. You can clearly see the empty space and residue of where the cookie was. I will not order from here again.

These cookies taste like chemicals and I believe some of the cleaning products have made its way into the cookies somehow. Upon entering the establishment, there was a very particular smell of a cleaning product, I didn’t think much of it at first. We ordered and the service was great. Bought 1 specialty cookie as well as two of the regular ones, also bought ice cream. The ice-cream was fine, but when I tasted the cookies I immediately had to spit it out because it had a very strong flavor of whatever the smell in the air was, it was completely overpowering the taste of the actual cookie. This was the case for ALL 3 cookies. Very concerning and unsafe for your customers! Please be aware and do better!!!!
