I love these cupcakes. They are delicious! The Davie location is the only location I've been to and I've never had an issue. Today was different and I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I arrived to a "be back in 5" sign and the employee saw me the second I walked up. Almost 10 minutes later and the store still wasn't open, and the employee didn't apologize or even acknowledge me. I won't say she was moving slow intentionally but it was extremely obvious to me that she wasn't in a rush. I left without cupcakes. I also wasn't the only one waiting.

This is the worst place. Not only did they not have my cupcakes for my childs home party. Its been over a month since they said they would refund my money and stilll haven't. If you need cupcakes for a SPECIAL event do NOT come here!!!! I tried calling for my refund and I was put on hold hung up on and told I was calling the wrong store before the girl even looked up my order. Oh thats right she never looked it up.

Have been ordering from mishas for years, always recommend them. Unfortunately since they have changed to online orders due to Covid 19, I think they forgot how to be a business. I ordered a cake online and after paying, I needed to make a few changes still one week in advance. I emailed them 4 times, and called the store at least 10 times,nobody answers, and no one emailed me back. On Saturday which was the day I was supposed to pick up my order, I had no idea if it was ready since no one had gotten back to me. So again I called several times to confirm if they had made it, no one answered me. At 5:55pm ( they close at 6pm) I had 2 missed calls, lady called to inform me they close at 6pm and that Saturday was last day to pick up since they close Sunday and Monday. Called right back, but of course, I’ll they were already closed. Not sure why she didn’t call earlier to give me enough time to go there. After my 4 emails, I still haven’t heard back. Now I’m going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card.What a disappointment!!!!!!!!!

I'm a regular of Misha's locations in Miami Lakes and Pembroke Pines but this was my first time visiting their Davie location, it looks to be just a tiny bit smaller than the other locations but just as clean for sure. They have a lot of the cupcakes available and all the flavors I was looking for. The girl helping me at the counter was very helpful and nice even when I seemed indecisive. Lots of parking as its located in a big plaza.

Customer service is awful. I placed an order for cupcakes 12/20 and was I can pick up at 11 am. I got there at 11:25 and a customer walked in before me and locked the door. She was told to tell me to come back in 1/2 hour. So I waited when she walked out I walked in and explained I was told I can come at 11 am. At that point she went to get my cupcakes, no apology was given. She shuffled around looking for a bag, at that point she apologized about the bag and I walked out with the box. I placed the cupcakes in an extra bag so that it could be easier to tote. Unfortunately some one that help me get my things out the car did not realize what was in the bag and the cupcakes were tossed around, so we didn’t eat cupcakes. I called Misha the next day and explained the mishap and was told I would get a call back....it didn’t happen. I called again next day (Sunday) was offered a new batch of cupcakes, I explained it’s after the fact and at this point I just want a refund. Again was advised I would get a call back..... didn’t happen. So I took the cupcakes in the store and requested the refund, it was refused which lead to a call placed to a manager supposedly at the hospital just having a baby. She was on speaker yelling and telling me to calm down, when in fact she was aggressive in her tone telling me once I leave the store with it, it’s my problem.I asked her to show me where I can find in their refund policy she just said to file my complaints

We ordered a special cake for our son’s 1st birthday and cupcakes. Cupcakes were delicious and looked great, however the cake was a different story. First of all, the cake looked nothing like the picture I provided, even the colors didn’t match. The decorations were made absolutely horribly, a very sloppy job - an embarrassment to this bakery. The worst part was customer service. The person that was in the store in Aventura when I picked up my order was especially rude and had very poor manners. She didn’t want to Acknowledge a terrible job and didn’t want to offer any discount. I will NEVER ORDER THERE AGAIN!

I like going in there for the cakes it’s very delicious , moist and the atmosphere is nice .The staff is friendly and helpful, I would recommend Misha’s cupcakes in David . The cupcakes are delicious as well you should try it .... so good and lots of variety to choose from ... cake in a jar, slices of cake and of cause cupcakes.
The cupcakes are small which would not be a problem if they were crazy good. But unfortunately they aren't. They taste old and the icing is dry crusted. They are way overpriced for what they're selling. The cupcakes at the grocery store are much better.

Was a huge fan of Misha's cupcakes until this past Saturday afternoon when I visted the Davie location. Customer service was bad! The employees looked bothered and not friendly at all. The store looked bare, no more cupcakes on display to choose from. Bought a few cupcakes and they were super dry and frosting was crusted they did not taste fresh or have the original misha quality taste. Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere. Based off the other reviews makes you wonder if the owner even cares. If they still can't seem to find better employees to represent the company why would they care about the customer's feedback?

The employee inside closed shop an hour early on a FRIDAY. The "Open" sign was lit up and the store was up and running but the door was locked. She waved us away when we arrived for who knows what reason. Very rude. She could have been a lot nicer about it.

I love their cupcakes. Use to live in Miami and always went to Aventura for my cupcake fix. I moved to Davie and I am so happy that I have a Misha's so close to me! Sadly the service here isn't that great. The store looks empty and the girls aren't happy to be there.
