Always love me some Misha cupcakes. Im happy to see their location in Broward, this cupcake shop is well known about town for its luxurious little tastes of heaven. I use to visit the one in Aventura. They have a wonder selection and variation on Boston cream, red velvet and my very favorite coconut. I love that they are mini so you can just have one but its really hard to do. They also have larger cupcakes and cakes for order or catering. These little pieces of heaven will make you happy happy. If your in town stop by and take some home you will be delighted :))

I've been a Misha's customer since Day 1 - back before storefronts when there were only mall kiosks. While it's been exciting to watch them expand and open new locations, I keep noticing that the quality diminishes the further away you are from the Gables location. I pre-ordered a cake for my son's birthday and confirmed a 2pm pickup. At 230pm I arrive to find out the cake hadn't been delivered. I was asked to return at 530pm and offered cupcakes for the inconvenience. At 530pm, I was told the cake didn't arrive and needed to speak to a manager for a refund. Upon asking for a refund, I was told there was a miscommunication and I don't qualify for a refund because I accepted the cupcakes and hence why the cake wasn't delivered. Why try to punish the customer because a junior level employee didn't deliver a clear message? That's just bad business. Misha's has always been near and dear to my heart but I can no longer trust them to come through for my family's special occasions. UPDATE - They applied the refund after I pushed back.

I love these cupcakes. They are delicious! The Davie location is the only location I've been to and I've never had an issue. Today was different and I'm very disappointed in the customer service. I arrived to a "be back in 5" sign and the employee saw me the second I walked up. Almost 10 minutes later and the store still wasn't open, and the employee didn't apologize or even acknowledge me. I won't say she was moving slow intentionally but it was extremely obvious to me that she wasn't in a rush. I left without cupcakes. I also wasn't the only one waiting.

This is the worst place. Not only did they not have my cupcakes for my childs home party. Its been over a month since they said they would refund my money and stilll haven't. If you need cupcakes for a SPECIAL event do NOT come here!!!! I tried calling for my refund and I was put on hold hung up on and told I was calling the wrong store before the girl even looked up my order. Oh thats right she never looked it up.

Well, it seems this location is no better than Miami. I just had a slice of their red velvet cake. The batter was not mixed well and it had a hard layer of chocolate chips just under the icing. The icing was NOT cream cheese and the worse version of butter cream. It was gritty and tasted like pure sandy sugar. Save your money and go to Nothing Bundt Cake instead where you're guaranteed a delicious cake.

Have been ordering from mishas for years, always recommend them. Unfortunately since they have changed to online orders due to Covid 19, I think they forgot how to be a business. I ordered a cake online and after paying, I needed to make a few changes still one week in advance. I emailed them 4 times, and called the store at least 10 times,nobody answers, and no one emailed me back. On Saturday which was the day I was supposed to pick up my order, I had no idea if it was ready since no one had gotten back to me. So again I called several times to confirm if they had made it, no one answered me. At 5:55pm ( they close at 6pm) I had 2 missed calls, lady called to inform me they close at 6pm and that Saturday was last day to pick up since they close Sunday and Monday. Called right back, but of course, I’ll they were already closed. Not sure why she didn’t call earlier to give me enough time to go there. After my 4 emails, I still haven’t heard back. Now I’m going to have to dispute the charge on my credit card.What a disappointment!!!!!!!!!

Their cupcakes are good, but the icing is all super sweet. I ordered a s'mores cake and honestly had to remove most of the frosting because it was sickeningly sweet and didn't taste like marshmallow. It was really just sugary af. If you're into that though, this is your place. The actual cake was good. Overall I'd say stick to a mini cupcake, which are the perfect amount of sugar.
I am really disappointed with the lack of service that I received from this location I was charged for an order and due to the pandemic was referred to another location to pick up my order when I arrived my order had never been properly submitted even though I was charged almost $100 for my purchase. The young lady that was at the location was extremely kind and told me that she spoke to her boss and was told to give me a free cake and that they would be refunding me my charge since the value of the cake was only about $25. It has been almost a month and I still have not been refunded I have left several messages for them and I think that their lack of customer service has caused them to lose a customer.

Misha's is located in the Trader Joe's shopping center. They have a ton of different flavors. At this location they mainly have mini cupcakes. I use this for thank you gifts and for birthday celebrations in the office. My favorite is the guava. The frosting is on the sweeter side and the cupcakes are moist. In the vanilla they put white chocolate at the bottom and the cupcakes almost melts as you are eating it. The cup cakes are a little pricey but if you follow the store on social media they have pop up happy hour days where all minis are $1.

I'm a regular of Misha's locations in Miami Lakes and Pembroke Pines but this was my first time visiting their Davie location, it looks to be just a tiny bit smaller than the other locations but just as clean for sure. They have a lot of the cupcakes available and all the flavors I was looking for. The girl helping me at the counter was very helpful and nice even when I seemed indecisive. Lots of parking as its located in a big plaza.

Customer service is awful . I came in with my husband to order 4 cup cakes at 6:40 pm Tuesday night and wasn't even greeted. The girl at the front was with 1 customer for 10 minutes. When we finally ordered 2 guavas 1 redvelvet with cream cheese 1 Oreo ..they were out of them. Horrible waste of time!

Customer service is awful. I placed an order for cupcakes 12/20 and was I can pick up at 11 am. I got there at 11:25 and a customer walked in before me and locked the door. She was told to tell me to come back in 1/2 hour. So I waited when she walked out I walked in and explained I was told I can come at 11 am. At that point she went to get my cupcakes, no apology was given. She shuffled around looking for a bag, at that point she apologized about the bag and I walked out with the box. I placed the cupcakes in an extra bag so that it could be easier to tote. Unfortunately some one that help me get my things out the car did not realize what was in the bag and the cupcakes were tossed around, so we didn’t eat cupcakes. I called Misha the next day and explained the mishap and was told I would get a call back....it didn’t happen. I called again next day (Sunday) was offered a new batch of cupcakes, I explained it’s after the fact and at this point I just want a refund. Again was advised I would get a call back..... didn’t happen. So I took the cupcakes in the store and requested the refund, it was refused which lead to a call placed to a manager supposedly at the hospital just having a baby. She was on speaker yelling and telling me to calm down, when in fact she was aggressive in her tone telling me once I leave the store with it, it’s my problem.I asked her to show me where I can find in their refund policy she just said to file my complaints
