The broths are great in flavor and spice level. I like that certain things revolve around you so you don’t have to load up your table all at once. Only wish it had more variety of meats.

I really enjoyed my time at Nine Spices Hot Pot, the vegetable broth was delicious even before adding anything, chili oil sauce is ? and the conveyor belt was a unique experience. The staff were pleasant, it was clean and had a nice atmosphere. Would recommend and return again!

The food was ok but I was disappointed by the safety measures for coronavirus, they still have sauces and deserts which are in buffet style where people share the spoons to get it. Gloves were not there near it.
I love the ideas and the flavors you can create here. There are plenty of options that are great but the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because it upsets me that there really isn't a good way to tell what meat is what. Lamb,beef and pork look almost the same under their lighting. The bowls or tops don't let you know what they are. The sauces have no information of what they contain which feels like a food safety issue. This is my only real problem I have but the service and food are great here and i would definitely recommend.

What a horrible experience I had with the so called manager Sean! I brought a lot of friends and family to my bday get together and he had the audacity to charge everyone except one person in the table through Groupon. I explain to him that we used to pay through Groupon with no trouble, especially that it was slow and he didn't care, made faces, tried to argue with the customers and charged us full price without Groupon! So because of him we are not coming back anymore, horrible service!

Been here twice (preCovid & postCovid) & each time has been amazing. The staff is always really nice, the ingredients are always fresh. Cooking your own food is always such a treat. Will keep returning.

First time having Hot Pot and it was delicious!!! Waiter was super helpful explaining how things work. Lots of options for protein and vegetables #Yum. Each plate gives you a great portion of meat or veggies. The spice bar was awesome! Getting to create your own sauces for your hot pot. Sadly we waited for quiet a while and only got one plate of Udon noodles but there were other options. Overall great place & tasty foods and relaxing atmosphere
