I came here because the reviews for this place were extremely good, I don't think I even saw a negative one. I was greeted by an older woman when I entered who never ended up telling me her name and also took my order. I ordered the Vuelve A La Vida which from the description was like Leche de tigre but with extra seafood. She made sure I knew I what I was ordering(probably because it didnt come with a description on the actual menu in restaurant) but I always do my research online before trying a new place. My food was brought to me by another server, a young man, who was very kind and attentive. He asked if I wanted any sauce with my ceviche, I've never had sauce with ceviche so I asked him what he recommended and he said the aji verde if I didn't want too much spice and it was sooooo good. I can't believe I've eaten ceviche all this time without it. There was a mussel in the ceviche that did not taste fresh and threw the taste off, and I think there was a piece of it not on the shell in it as well because I tasted it again in one of my spoonfuls but other than that it was delicious. I know I'm weird for continuing to eat after tasting something strange but the rest was not bad at all and I was HUNGRY. The Vuelve A La Vida was $19 but at least double the size of a regular Leche de tigre, I couldn't even finish it. I also ordered a chicha morada which I loved and it was really yummy. The lady that greeted me and initially took my order ended up getting a large party of 6 and seemed to be paying more attention to them than me but the young man, (I forget his name but my check says Chito) was there checking on me making sure my food and everything was OK and if I needed anything else. Eventually the woman came and I asked her for a to go container and a cup for my beverage as well, I felt bad asking for the cup after the container but I guess I should have specified that I wanted to take everything. I wanted to take the cancha too but i felt bad asking for another container. I assumed she would bring me the check after asking for the rest of my food to go but she was preoccupied with her party of 6 so eventually the young man came to check on me again and I asked him for the check. I really wanted to ask if they split the tip because I felt he deserved it more but I didn't want to seem impolite so I left $15 on a $21 check in case they did have to split it. Overall it was a pleasant experience, good food, good atmosphere, good service, and the restaurant was nice and clean.

First time here, and it exceeded my expectations. A sober place, you feel peaceful, and the food is spectacular. I also want to mention the excellent customer service. Martin, what a polite boy. I'm truly very happy to have found this place. God bless the chefs, the waiters, and the owner. Many blessings to all of you.

Smaller place, amazing eye to detail and served with so much passion. Our server, I’m so sorry I forgot his name, from Peru was outstanding. Explaining the traditional dishes and offering suggestions. Made us feel like regulars and even surprised us with a dessert for our first time in. The ceviche trio was out of this world! We couldn’t get enough of it. I can’t wait to come back!

Small family restaurant- a neat and clean place. Good presentation of entrees and quite tasty but not something I would go out of my way for. We all had entrees and all found very little meat on our plates for the higher price point. Service was good but they did not top off water so I had to drink from my husband’s glass.

We had jalea, ceviche, and tuna tiradito. We thought it was average, but the price seemed expensive compared to other similar restaurants. I also disliked the fact that paying by card is even more expensive.
