Mediocre food, and fairly high prices for it. Pancakes are ok, coffee is decent. I wouldn't bother going back.

Wanted something better than the hotel provided breakfast. I had a combo platter that included eggs hash browns sausage and French toast. Everything was good came out hot. About the only thing I can ding them for is the pancake syrup was ice cold.

It's under construction. Service was terrible!!! Had to sit outside for party of 5 because there wasn't a table available inside for 5 people to sit at. Took 18 min to get coffee and waters. Hostess was also bussing tables. Food was gross. Coffee was cold. Pancakes were good but that's about it. Never again.

DELICIOUS!!! - We both ordered omelets which came with a side of pancakes (3). Their baked omelette is HUGE, fluffy, and absolutely yummy! Will definitely be coming back here for breakfast. They were a touch busy (typical for a Saturday morning!) but were also a little understaffed. Our waitress was very sweet and continuously apologized for the slow service. We weren't in any rush and appreciated her :) Definitely recommend Original Pancake House!

Went on a Friday morning for breakfast which it was quiet and slow. The waitress was very nice and polite. The food was okay I didn't have much to expect from this place. Was a nice place ,but wouldn't go again.

If you're a veggie lover I'd suggest the huevos rancheros, they were loaded with onions and peppers very yummy. Pancakes were a little dry but good. Service was also good

Came here for breakfast. The steak benedict was not edible. The meat had an odd taste and was super bloody. The pancakes and waffles tasted fine but nothing special. I could have made food at home

It's always a mission finding places to eat in Doral I feel like. I was amazed we weren't able to find a Dennys or IHOP nearby but then stumbled upon this place finding breakfast foods on Google and I was damn glad there was no Dennys nearby because this place was AMAZING. The prices are a little high but the portions are HUGE. I took my grandma here and we shared the cream cheese stuffed crepes and a egg breakfast and were STUFFED. We even had some leftovers because it seriously was a lot for about $40. The crepes were delicious, not too thick or too thin and the filling was perfect and satisfied all my desert needs. It was overly sweet in the best way and I was only able to eat one. Hash browns were so crispy and a huge hit for me here. They were understaffed and it was obvious but the service was still so good and they are constantly waking around serving coffee refills. The menu was extremely long and has staple breakfast options for just about any taste from eggs Benedict to waffles and omelettes. Our server was so incredible she was an older women and even stuck around the talk to my grandma. We can't wait to be back and we're so happy we found a hidden gem. We said we have to bring the whole family next time and we sure will!

The food is great and the customer service is outstanding. It's the cleanliness. There are ants on the tables, food still on the seats, the window seal looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The food is good but it's a gross place to eat at

Definitely holds its own. Pancake batter was top notch. Eggs and ham were cooked perfectly. Definitely worth it if you have time to enjoy it.

This morning I went for breakfast with my toddler and husband. I typically share a plate with my picky toddler because he doesn't eat very much. I saw on the menu that kids eat free Monday thru Friday so I opted to get him his own plate. When we left my husband mentioned how expensive it was. I looked at the receipt and noticed they charged for my toddler's meal and juice. We went back and I spoke to my server Emmanuel who told me that offer excludes holidays and today is President's Day. Although it didn't mention the exclusion on the menu, he said there's nothing he can do and offered to get the manager. The manager, who I believe is Christopher, (he didn't have a name tag) came to listen to my situation and again told me that it doesn't apply to holidays. Apparently, that disclaimer is not mentioned on the menu that I had because they "ran out of those." I told him that the only reason I got my son his own plate was from their menu promoting the kids eat free deal. He said he can remind the servers to mention this to customers so this doesn't happen again but he can't refund me because their system has the policy that this doesn't apply to Holidays. Of course he can find a way to refund any amount he wants. He simply doesn't want to. I told him that and that they are making me, the customer, literally pay for their error and that is bad business. Also, my toddler's food wasn't even great. The eggs were cold but I didn't even care about that (I thought it was free). But i do care about this trick they pulled on me. He shrugged and said he can give me a 15% discount off my next meal. I assured him I will never be coming back as a result of this and that I would be writing a review about my experience. He said that was ok. So here it is, Christopher!

First of all, I rarely give bad reviews. If somewhere is less than good, I usually just opt to not review a place. In the case of the Pancake House, there were so many issues that I feel management should know about. Also, our family has frequented an Original Pancake House near our hometown, and it is excellent. So, I know this is a local issue. First of all, there is so much dust on everything. The pendant light over our table was just disgusting. The window sill next to our table was equally bad. The place needs a thorough cleaning. Then there was the food - my kid had a side of bacon that was seriously undercooked. It was like they cooked it on one side, but forgot to turn it. My pancakes had a long hair in it, that was clearly not mine. Unfortunately, I had eaten about half of my dish before I realized this - ew! We probably should have spoken to a manager, but we were so disgusted that we paid and left. I know everywhere has staffing issues right now, so I sympathize. However, this was just more than customers should have to tolerate. No, I would not recommend this restaurant until some things are corrected.
