This restaurant never fails to short you on condiments, rarely do we get the sauce for the alice spring chicken ( 20% of the time they send it), they constantly get the sides wrong from whats ordered. Very disappointing as its a regular problem with them.

We had a girls' night out. Sat at the bar.. And he was reluctant to add the duck touches to our drinks (but he listened to his female superior on duty who was right), and we loved them! Damon was very attentive and on top of his game! Please go visit him! He's not pushy, but there when you need him

Remember when Outback used to be good? I got the Queensland Steak and Shrimp and wow it was bad. The steak was over cooked and salty, and the shrimp may have been just past expiration? Waaaayyyyy over seasoned and had a bit of a fishy smell. But i didn't complain, just not going back. I decided to go after Door Dashing the same meal a week prior. That time, I kinda forgave the shrimp and steak, but the pasta was horrible. Undercooked and flavorless. I blamed it on being delivery, but nope, that's how it is. I'm not blaming the cooks. I'm sure most of this stuff is precooked and reheated. If you go for a burger, I'm sure it's fine, but I don't think they can say they are known for steaks anymore. Also, I got the carrot cake.... When you can't beat a Publix carrot cake, take it off the menu.
Staff was super nice and super professional. Nice crowd.

Rico the bartender is the biggest reason we keep coming back. The food is always good but Rico’s infectious personality, personal attention to every customer and their needs which is what’s missing in most places brings us back again & again!!

I use to go to Outback a lot but lately the food is not the same. The Prime Rib was cold dried and tasteless. The Waitress was nice and attentive.

Came in at 500pm. I was next to the hostess station and sat for almost 15 min and never was checked on. No water not drink offer just no service. The stag looked at me and never asked me if I was in need of a drink water or did I want a beverage. I left and will not be back. Staff was to bushy talking and not waiting on customers. The Resturant was not busy and had about 10 total customers but no service

I don’t complain much but this was the worst take out experience ever! The employee that I dealt with had ZERO clue on what she was doing. Obviously, no training whatsoever. Then when I got home, my order was completely wrong and incomplete. I don’t know what else to say other than if this lack of service continues, they won’t be open much longer. Very disappointed!

Our waiter Damon was very helpful and patient with our indecision when ordering. He offered alternative entrees and was very knowledgeable of the entire menu. All of our party of four enjoyed our meal tremendously. Damon is an asset to this business.
