Customer service at this location is non-existent. Order breakfast online. No one at the counter looks at you, ignores you, even when you politely ask for your coffee cup. Still nothing. Ordered a coffee (sip club) and bagel toasted with butter. Received a toasted bagel, no butter and no coffee cup. DIdnt need the cup, since i brought my Yeti. Told them to keep it cause i fllled up. Not sure if all locations are like this, but this location is fragmented. No wonder why no one comes here anymore.

Very dirty, inside table are dirty, floor dirty, front entrance has duck feces, trash can has dishes filled up, appearance is very very poor, you have to wipe your own areas restrooms worst than a gas station, why would you want to eat here, it's not like it's cheap. Cookies are old. Time for food to be ready is outrageous.

The worst service you can find anywhere. I ordered 3 sandwiches and it took 1 hour and 15 minutes to deliver them. The breads were cold, poorly served, and the cappuccino had burnt milk. The staff does not have the capacity to serve you, they are slow, and do not respond. The place was dirty. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.

They need to overhaul their entire customer experience. They are not paying attention to detail when making orders. Orders are wrong. The wait times are atrocious sometimes. Things aren’t in stock. The orders come out messy and thrown together. And the atmosphere is uncomfortable. If I could give zero stars I would. It’s unfortunate I even have to write this review. When you are paying money you want to get what you ordered not something else especially when you are doing take out and are trusting that your order is made correctly. When it’s not what you paid for it’s very frustrating and unfortunate. I will not be returning to this location again.

I come to this location frequently over the years. I had surgery on my knee late Sept of 2024. One day when I pulled into the parking lot, it of course began to rain. Trying to exit my car with a full leg brace, cane, umbrella, and of course my purse did not go well. All of a sudden a young gentleman appeared beside me to help me get into the building. I should have written this sooner, but recovery has been my focus. This young gentleman (I wish I remembered his name) is always attentive and answers my questions fully. That day he helped restore my belief in the goodness of people
