The workers were incredibly sweet! My food was prepared quickly and tastes great. I have always loved Panera but I have never felt so compelled to leave a review before. The atmosphere is so peaceful and if I could, I’d spend all day just chilling out there. Also, thank you to the employee that complimented my hair! :)

Very crowded during lunchtime 12-2p.m. Very expensive. $45 for 2 sandwiches, soup salad. Too much. Food was Fresh though. Service was Excellent. That was the Best. AnaMaria was So polite. Superb customer service, really.

I ordered 2x pick two on 11/6/25 for my gf and I, and not only did the employees take forever to prepare our food but they also gave me the wrong order. I purchased a small bacon Mac n cheese and they gave me an order with no bacon along with 0 napkins for a to go order. Like I understand that mistakes happen but come on. If there’s multiple of you working the kitchen, there’s no reason that no one notices a wrong order. My guess is that since my order was around 8:30, everyone was eager to go home and they could care less about getting things right. Oh and guess what. My half chicken bacon rancher was also completely messed up…. There was 0 bacon and a PIECE OF STEAK??! Never again…….

I LOVE the Autumn Squash Soup, so when I came in today and saw it was in season, I did a little dance. That was when I met Adolfo. He was absolutely amazing. Such a fun and engaging guy. He made me feel like I belonged right here at this Panera. To the point where he made an extra pot of coffee in the roast I wanted because his goal was to make the customer happy. This wasn't my first visit here, but it's the first time I CHOSE to leave a comment. He's just that good. Isaiah was also super helpful. 💕

The slowest Panera I’ve ever been to. At least 10 people waiting in line and the staff is just looking lost. Need more staff and better staff that has a sense of urgency.

My boyfriend went out his way to come to you guys during my break, because i was in dire need of some chicken noodle soup. but unfortunately the cup wasn’t closed properly and leaked throughout all of our sandwiches, unable to eat anything! i’m so disappointed.

I walked in behind an elderly man who was clearly having trouble with his Panera account and needed help setting up. The lady at the register told him he would need to do it himself online the elderly man persisted saying he didn’t know how to do it. This young gentleman (named Isaiah) came out from the kitchen and kindly said he would help. He sat down with him and helped the elderly man set the account up. The man left satisfied thanks to the worker named Isiah
