I made an order today on the website I keep checking it constantly to make sure when the drive outside I can go I receive a phone call when I answer they said the drive was on its way when I check the app it said 7 minutes away when I check again it said delivery when I call the store the guy was being very rude over the phone they have the worst customer service and I never received my order.

Customer service is horrible. My mom was placed on hold 2 times for more than 5 minutes, while watching from my car. I go inside and the girl at the register has an attitude. Can’t explain that an increase of price on wings to customers. Very rude individuals working at this place.

We had it ordered through DoorDash. Glad to see that there was a seal on the pizza because it's a random stranger who is delivering your food. Would not want anyone picking on it obviously ?Papa John's dough is very flour-y. I personally think that it's pretty authentic and close to what you would find on a real authentic pizza. Others might disagree because it tastes very different than let's say Pizza Hut or Domino's.Overall, I think the quality and taste is top notch.

ordered NY style pizza and added two toppings cost $26.00 and had to order extra large. Pizza was cold, mozzerellla and other items were not good and cheese did not ooze. I'm a NY lady and very disappointed. Manager not upset just said put this on credit for next time.l sad customer service and disappointment in food. thank you Anita W.
