The manager's customer service leaves a lot to be desired. He deserves a zero (0) or worse. The food: BOWLS Do Not Order! I received toppings only NO PASTA, NOTHING ELSE! Picture does not reflect the flat crap I received. Even that tasted overly salted, couldn't use as toppings. I don't get why they call it a Bowl when it was just cheese and veggies, VERY SPARSE nothing there. Called, the Mgr, he did not care a bit, he said "I don't even know why they have that on the menu". He's lucky I forgot his name. There was no offer to resolve but the fact I could place another order! Really, Not EVER!!! Order #W 0155 $43.42 and #P 0168 Store #923 or 925, Needed something to eat, ordered a small cheese pizza; new order quoted $13.99 charged $14.99. unbelievable. If corporate is listening #101523 repeats.

i wish this was No Stars, with their "we're hiring" bs sign. No wonder why they're only 2.5 stars. This is by far the WORST PLACE! I called with TWO different phones 32mins BEFORE closing. They kept putting me on hold ignoring my calls when it's a Friday night and they close at 1:30AM. Then I decided to drive over there since they kept putting my call on hold. Knowing they ain't even that busy. Even worse! I ask for the manager who was closing tonight for half Hawaiian and half cheese. He was already showing annoyance on his face and didn't seem like he ain't want to do anything but chat up with the cook talking foolishness. I don't care if it's before closing, especially 30 minutes before. It makes no sense. Didnt make my pizza with standard health food preparation. Used bare hands before washing to make my pizza. Once I received my pizza, there was pepperoni and chicken on one side then cheese on the other half. 4 mins left before closing I came in to handle the situation. This manager have the audacity to claim that i said pepperoni when that NEVER came out of my mouth. He said all he could do (only because he want to go home) is to put pineapples over the pizza and cook it again. Took my red pepper bags and never gave it back. Not even make a new pizza if "only" takes a "few minutes. Not discount my food. none of it. THE WORSE PLACE TO GO TO. Completely RUINED my pizza night!THIS PIZZA TASTE DISGUSTING after trying it. Best believe this business isn't going to go far if it taste like garbage. I can't, won't not couldn't even finish my first slice without my stomach turning. TERRIBLE PLACE. Either new management or just shut this place down. Such a disgrace.

I made an order today on the website I keep checking it constantly to make sure when the drive outside I can go I receive a phone call when I answer they said the drive was on its way when I check the app it said 7 minutes away when I check again it said delivery when I call the store the guy was being very rude over the phone they have the worst customer service and I never received my order.

Customer service is horrible. My mom was placed on hold 2 times for more than 5 minutes, while watching from my car. I go inside and the girl at the register has an attitude. Can’t explain that an increase of price on wings to customers. Very rude individuals working at this place.

Don't even bother talking to the folks here. Can never place online orders, the guys who answer the phone (Will today) are condescending, and consistently talk over customers instead of listening to orders/concerns. If I could give no stars, I would. Hopefully the current reviews serve as notice to all others. Spend your money elsewhere; this location needs help.
Best papa johns in the plantation area! Customer service is great even when they're busy and the food turns out perfect everytime. They're in a little shopping village but the parking lot is clean. And the store is easily accessible.

We had it ordered through DoorDash. Glad to see that there was a seal on the pizza because it's a random stranger who is delivering your food. Would not want anyone picking on it obviously ?Papa John's dough is very flour-y. I personally think that it's pretty authentic and close to what you would find on a real authentic pizza. Others might disagree because it tastes very different than let's say Pizza Hut or Domino's.Overall, I think the quality and taste is top notch.

ordered NY style pizza and added two toppings cost $26.00 and had to order extra large. Pizza was cold, mozzerellla and other items were not good and cheese did not ooze. I'm a NY lady and very disappointed. Manager not upset just said put this on credit for next time.l sad customer service and disappointment in food. thank you Anita W.
