I been here several times for the boba tea drink because is really good, today was my first time trying Pho and is the most incredible soup I have had ever, is really tasty and fresh, I really liked it, I’m coming here more often!!

Went there 10/6/2023, and boy this place took a nose dive. A real trifecta of a terrible experience.1. Orders were messed up. Boba tea came without boba and "strawberry" tea looked barely pink. The sandwich came with carrots and pickles in a little bag and not in the sandwich. According to the young guy - who seemed to be in charge - it was because he could not put it in the untoasted sandwich and I didn't ask for a toasted one. Beats me why would you ask toasted or not if you cannot make a sandwich without toasting. Which segways into #22. The guy was beyond rude, he interrupted me, didn't let me speak, and then suggested that I can go home and toast the sandwich and put the pickles there myself. Sure instead of going where I needed to go I would go home and do his job.3. When I asked for a refund, he stuck his finger in the terminal and said "There it's refunded". But when I asked for a receipt, he had to spend a minute in the terminal and ask for my card to actually refund money. What a scumbag.Also while I liked sandwiches there before, when the old man did it, the tea there was always worse than in any other place, just fyi.

Terrible product, my daughter asked for her Boba drink to be remade, it tasted chalky and Boba hard, he got upset and said that's the way it it. It's not, we had it before from somewhere else. The man behind the counter was terrible and unapologetic.

I'm sad I haven't been able to try the food here because most of it has pork, which I don't eat, but everyone else I know who has tried the food here loves it. The last timeI went, someone was coming in to pick up trays upon trays of catered food from here, so I will continue being curiously sad. Please make at least one of the shrimp dishes with just shrimp and no pork As far as the drinks, recently I was feeling adventurous and I tried the winter melon tea, and I was pleasantly surprised by all the flavors. That specific tea is way better here than the KFT version. There are typically always seats available and it's quite spacious. There have been a few cupsleeve events held here as of recent and it seems to be reaching favorite status among the hosts.

Passed this place on the way to Cooper City, FL. And stopped for a snack. Walking in I was a bit skeptical because the black had a pungent odor coming in. However I was surprised when o walked it. The place was friendly and inviting; the staff was professional and delightful. The food was authentic and tasty.
