This past week the suign says they still serve the cookies, but the store has been closed. They don't adjust their times online either. Complete waste of time.

Normally I love this place but the last few times I stoped in to get ice cream during the day they've been closed! The sign states they are out of nitrogen, but it look like the place is completely shut down. Please update your website and voice mail so your customers know you are closed, and if you will be opening in the future. Thanks!

Good ice cream. HORRIBLE customer service. I have eaten here literally dozens of times and they are consistent. Ice cream is consistently good, service is consistently awful. Feels like they have middle schoolers running the business. Sometimes they open when they are supposed to, sometimes they close early, sometimes they don't answer calls, sometimes you order and they send you a 1/4 cup portion of ice cream, sometimes they mess up your order. They NEVER smile, they are always in horrendous moods. I can honestly say I've never seen a business run so poorly in my life. It's sad cause the ice cream is good, I've reached out to management and they never even responded.

I don’t know what happened to this place. First of all open sign was off, I ask the girls they said it’s broken. I picked up a velvet cake... it tasted like freezer burn ... really old. I hope management or owner try to look into it.

Order: Cake Batter, Brownies, Rainbow Sprinkles, Chocolate Fudge, MarshmallowsHow can you be grumpy serving ice cream? I went in all perky after having some good Ramen. The young man at the register was not having it, he seemed bored and ready to leave. I placed my order and repeated it several times and he confirmed he had it right. There was no smile, no welcome, no friendly customer service. The first impression lasts! Went outside to sit because they were not practicing social distancing. In about 3-5 minutes, I went in to check on my order. It was all a mess, the order was incorrect. It was prepared and covered for to-go, yet the requested toppings were missing and I had not requested a to-go order. The young lady was nice enough to offer a remake which I gladly accepted. While my friend and I sat outside to enjoy our cream, we were there past 10 pm. Their website and sign on the door states they closed at 11 pm. At 10 pm they closed the doors, we watched countless of would-be customers coming up to pull the door and disappointed that they were closed. While the employees pretty much ignored them, trying to avoid eye contact. An easier way to handle this would have been to write "closed" on the board they had outside. Print a piece of paper and place it on the door. I guess since we were the only ones there when they closed, the manager offered us a box of cookies, which was nice. However, this does not discount the first interaction... it needs work.
The ice cream is normally excellent. The chocolate chip and sugar cookies are wonderful. Most of their cookies that I've had are amazing. The reasons I only give 4 stars for are for the following:-The high cookie prices suddenly when you buy a dozen. -The fact that the cookies aren't as good as they used to be since they tried to make them in bulk. -The customer service since they were bought out stinks. This actually I'd rate a 3 or 2 star, but it's not their fault. They are following instructions passed down. -Their ApplePay doesn't work, but yet it hasn't been fixed in months. I had 5 stars until they were bought out. I think that's when things changed. Overall we keep returning because everything is still very good, just turned weekly visits into monthly visits due to price increases and I go in with low customer service expectations. They unfortunately are not customer friendly anymore.

Worst coatumer service ever! Some of the employees were not wearing a mask. I ordered 4 different ice creams and they managed to mess up my order. I told the lady that one of the ice creams was on a cone instead of the c** and she had the nerve to get upset and threw the ice cream on the counter. Very unprofessional. Will not be going back! 100% lack of management

To be honest, I am not easily impressed with ice cream shops. I've been to quiet a few in the Davie/Plantation area (if you live in the area you more than likely know which ones I'm referring to) and none of them have given me that wow factor that makes me want to come back for more except for Phenomenom.All ice cream orders are made fresh. I'm a s***** for freshness so that's probably why I keep coming back here time after time. I use to come here a lot about a year ago and then I stopped so I can clean up my diet. Well, upon returning recently I noticed a huge change in decor. This location went from having an ultra modern sleek look, to now an arcade vibe. I asked the girl taking my order if they switched owners and she said yes. I'm happy there has been no major changes to the quality of the ice cream. I could care less for the new look but it is what it is. Ahhh the ice cream, let's get to it. For the most part I stuck to my go to and ordered white chocolate chips, whip cream, Oreo cookies and vanilla ice cream. It's the perfect combo for me. Literally perfection. This time I wanted to try it with a brownie to spice things up. I specifically asked for it on the side just in case I didn't like it. Well, she mixed it in anyway. It's ok because I curious... I guess. She offered another brownie but that kind of defeats the purpose right? Let's just say, I should've stuck with what I like best. However, this didn't ruin my experience. My total came up to about $9.00 as the add ons are 75 cents each. Kind of pricey for ice cream but for Phenomenom it is well worth it! If you are an ice cream enthusiast you should def check this place out.
