What amazing service! I’m extremely critical when it comes to customer service, and sadly, that’s something we rarely see done well in this country. However, my experience here was completely different. I placed an online order and went to pick it up in person. While waiting, I took a moment to observe how they treated other customers, and I have to highlight two young men who were running the place at that moment: Mao and Martín. (that's what it said on their caps) Absolutely excellent! They were fast, attentive, and above all, they greeted everyone with a genuine smile that truly makes you want to smile back. Congratulations to this location (specifically) for offering such outstanding customer service. 👏

I decided to get a late night meal and ordered for two. 2 personal pan pizza which you have a choice of getting a 2 topping mini pizza and 4 boneless wing/fries. When I got my food jumped in the car. The 4th boneless wing pretty much never existed. As it was the size of a penny literally. No exaggeration, the service in this place was terrible on so many levels. I came in, waited at the counter, the door chimes. I see them in the back, no acknowledgements, another guy comes in and waits a few mins. Then he decides to shout, is anyone here? That’s when someone came over. I saw the lady walking with two boxes of personal pan pizzas and I said to myself it should be mine based on time of order and when it came out (they clearly weren’t busy) I said my name, spelt it and she said no it’s not yours so she puts it away. I go back in my app and it shows it’s ready, so I mentioned that to her as she is now to the back of the store and she sends someone else, a younger guy. I told him my name and sure enough it was the order she said that wasn’t. There was no empathy, apology from anyone. Just plain bad service.

Ana very unprofessional WORST experience ever: My order was not ready although I ordered online and the tracker said it was ready when I walked in I had to wait 3/5 mins before anyone even came to the front, she gave another person who walked in after me their order before mine she was not very friendly at all. I will never support Pizza Hut again!

Buyer beware, I attempted to order a pizza from these people but was told after receiving a doordash confirmation that the doordash driver would not pick up the delivery and I was to pick up my own delivery myself or cancel the order. Management had no excuse

I dreamed of trying Pizza Hut, the pizza is very good, one of the best I've tried. Something that surprised me is that almost none of them have anything to eat on the premises. But the strange thing was that in Orlando we were able to go to eat and the surprise was great, it seemed like a trip back in time, everything was very old and very dirty in general, in one corner the bare cables hung. It was very strange because I expected something else.
