Pizza Salad Pointe & Self-Pour Beer

For a healthy diet person I find it challenging to find good salad places. I love the service and quality of food for their build your own salads! Amazing staff!!!!

Bought chicken sandwich to go, along w 2 large pizzas. The pizzas were delicious as usual but the chicken sandwich was tough. It appeared to have been fried and refried! Took one bite and stopped as I was afraid I’d break a tooth. Tried calling but was left on hold for a while. What a disappointment. Smh
In the evening,
Stephanie, from Salad Pointe, called me and said she credited me the cost of the chicken. It is excellent customer service when they get back to you, especially the same day.

I'm vegan, which is why I go there; they have vegan pizza, which I had the first two times I went, and which I ordered tonight; however, when it came out and I took a bite, it didn't taste right. When I called the server over and asked if the pizza was vegan, she said no, vegetarian. I told her I ordered the vegan pizza, and she told me they don't have vegan pizza, that she knows it's on the menu but she doesn't know why, that it's not even on the computer.

When I told her that I've had it there in the past and they definitely have it, she said to let her go see and disappeared for about five minutes. I could see her talking to various people, yet not one came over to say anything, so I'm guessing no manager was there (or at least I hope no manager was there, because that would be insane).

While she was gone, I told my sister I didn't want to order a new pizza since the Detroit style takes so long to make and we'd already waited for the first one, but when our server came back, she told us a new pizza was coming, assured us it wouldn't take long, and unprompted said she was comping (my word, not hers) part of our check.

Spoiler alert: The pizza did, in fact, take long. And that discount? Two dollars.

tldr: Went out for a quick pizza on a Friday night, ended up in a restaurant for over two hours, was served food that goes against my ethics and morals, and received two dollars compensation for my trauma.

Basically if you order to go you can stay and eat, even when the restaurant is completely empty. So disrespectful!!!!

Just had a quick lunch here with my husband. We ordered a salad and a Sicilian style pizza to share. The food was great, but honestly what impressed me most was the staff. We will definitely be back with the whole family soon!

We really enjoyed Pizza Salad Pointe! We ended up going twice this week as we had visitors in town who really enjoyed it. The Sicilian meat lovers pizza was delicious and the southwest salad was also great. On our second visit I had a slice of Hawaiian pizza(Sicilian style) and it was not bad, but kind of bland. When we go again I will skip it. While the pizza is good, I honestly think the best thing here is the gelato. I sampled several flavors and they were all delicious! Customer service both times was excellent.
