My family and friends all went to a concert and had dinner at the Hard Rock for my daughter’s birthday and then we played on the slot machines for a few hours but we ALL lost. 😠. This casino is absolutely the worst except for the Seminole Coc ck casino. Both casinos are run by two greedy managers! When they took over, both of these Indian casinos went to xxxx!!!! They definitely do not pay out like they used to. These Indian casinos are a joke! They are so very dishonest and extremely greedy. Very disappointing! My daughter does not have money to just throw it all away. You would think the casino would have let her win on her birthday but she lost every penny! They ruined her bday night. It’s truly sickening when you can’t even get a darned bonus! Why? Because ALL of their slots are totally controlled especially when you use your players club card. It should be illegal to use facial recognition but we all know the Indian casinos have their own rules and their own gaming commission. They use facial recognition and they just shut your machine off or disable it so it does not pay! The only winners are their elites using free play or their friends and relatives. There were so many broken machines too. It took us an hour to get a slot tech to finally come and fix her machine. I had to leave my machine with my money inside the slot machine to run all over the casino looking for a slot tech. That happened three times! They were constantly breaking down. Do they not make enough money to have slot machines that actually work? Especially on a weekend when it’s crowded. Parking is ridiculous and you have to wait until someone leaves which can be a half hour before you get a spot! The smoke is suffocating and there’s cigarette butts and ashes all over the slot machines. Disgusting. Forget winning there! We didn’t see ANYONE winning. The atmosphere was depressing and boring. Everyone was complaining about how much they lost. This was on a weekend night and it was extremely crowded so you would think they would be paying out! But that was definitely not the case. They knew it was her birthday because she used her players club card. We drove all the way there to celebrate. That was the ONLY reason we stayed after the concert. In hopes that at least the birthday girl would win. SO unless you have thousands to throw out the window I highly suggest avoiding this rigged casino. Getting a bonus is so impossible. They program the slots to pay the players 1% and the casino gets the rest. Such a waste of time and money. At least the concert was ok, thank goodness. BUT it was definitely not a fun night for ANY OF US! 🤨🤨 My advice is to avoid playing there at all cost! None of us will go back!
