I bought a Power Açaà Bowl, and it was basically frozen ice instead of real açaÃ. The bananas were fine, but even after paying extra for peanut butter, I got barely a drop cheap, watered-down, and nothing like what I expected. I decided to give it another try to go, paid extra again, and this short girl gave me what was basically a teaspoon of peanut butter in a container that was almost empty. Worst customer service I’ve experienced.
As a Brazilian, I can say this is not how real açaà should be made. They clearly have no idea what authentic açaà is or how to treat customers. Definitely not going back.
