It's the second time in a month that the chicken has come out super burnt and I've lost my money because I bought it at the drive thru and when I get home it's the same problem and I can't return it because I don't have the time to drive again to show them how burnt it is. It's disrespectful.

I placed an order online, and they didn't provide two of the items on the order, a side of Sweet Plantains, and a Soup. Stay away from this branch. They are either not trained well enough or they just don't care about their customers. Either way, the customers are the ones suffering in the end. I paid good money for those items and never received them, so I'm definitely not recommending this branch and francise.

Hi, I just order through the drive-through a A Cuban sandwich and a quesadilla rap quesadilla was fine however, the Cuban sandwich was pretty much empty inside was mostly bread. I try to come to this pollo tropical once in a while, but their service really gets worse with time when it’s not burn chicken they give you through the drive-through is sandwich thats basically bread . find another pollo tropical this one’s really bad. ?
