So I went to go order some food and they couldn’t understand what I wanted and I ask does anybody speak English and a young lady from behind screamed out no very rude and don’t care about the business obviously Did she at least have a couple people that do speak English?

I was served raw chicken — this is beyond unacceptable. It’s a major health risk and I might get violently ill from this. Serving undercooked poultry is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Fix this immediately.

I have gone to this restaurant for years. But recently i had two really bad sittuations. Once i went there on my break to order through drive thru andit took sooo long i lost my hour break and the lafy didnt even apologize for the waiting time and was really rude. By the time i went back to work i couldnt finish eating.
Also about a week ago i was waiting for my food and same person was talking to her coworker about her personal problems and not taking care of me. My kid ask her to give him the fried yuca up front, and that lady screamed at my kid to wait with a really bad attitud. I got so mad and ask her to call the manager for me and she said she was the manager which i doubt do to her lack of proffesionalism. I believe her name was Briana or Briania or something like that i got to read. People should not bring their personal pronlems to work. My kid font want to visit this location just because the way he was mistreated at this awful place. Also we ask for dark chicken and they didnt respect our preference. Sadly this location was the closer to us but i rather go to La Brasa Restaurant. Its almost the same price with better food.

The staff here are very attentive and enjoy the job so its reflected in every plate they out together. The manager was amazing... gave suggestions and overall wonderful attitude so it's no surprise that everyone else follow suit. The icing on the cake was that he checked every order before giving it to the customer to ensure accuracy and that was very much appreciated.

First time order was wrong had to drive back to have it fixed but the lady was super nice. But then got home and chicken isnt cooked !! Do you know how dangerous that is ??? Last I ate here was last week I didn’t complain but the chicken was super chewy and crunchy . Now this is too far you know how sick someone can get ecoli and salmonella! This is unacceptable!!!

Today I went to your restaurant and the cashier who assisted me can hardly speak english. It will be better to hire cashiers who speak english and bilingual cashiers in order to have a better communication with the english speaking clients to provide a better service.
The dining in option was very fast. The staff was very friendly and the portion size whereas expected. Also the food turned out great.

The rice was not cooked. I brought a small and large tropi chop and the rice was not done.

We ordered platters a few times and their “platters” are very small portions, maybe like an appetizer for one person. For example, recently we ordered the coconut shrimp platter and it just came with 3 coconut shrimps (which cost almost $5). Unfortunately, every time we have ordered pick up from here we are always missing food. I understand mistakes happen, however, it is very common as I am reading reviews that other people are experiencing the same issue.

I had a great experience at this place. I recommend it. The prices are incredible and the food tastes delicious. It's a cozy place to spend a good time with family and friends. The employees are friendly and willing to help make my experience the best. The manager Jessica recommended the shrimp and they are a very professional delight.

Best pollo ever I went last week I'm from Tampa I was very pleased what I love most was the taste of the food the cleanliness of the store and the workers were very nice love I recommend it
