We were there at opening time on Saturday and we're fortunate that Nicole (owner) was able to spend time with us. We asked about her meatless "meats" and learned she makes them from pulps and other whole foods that she gets from local farmers markets. No preservatives, flavors, additives, none of that! Best Sea Moss gel I've ever had! The consistency is perfect and they taste delicious. The team at Rainbow Root Teas truly care about their customers and are kind, professional and informative. I was sent the wrong flavor sea moss gel at first and they went out of their way to make it right and send me the correct one.
