I had an awful experience ordering from here. I ordered a cake and prepaid. My father picked it up and when he arrived to the house I immediately knew I could not use it for my little sister’s birthday party. After seeing that it was not what I ordered I returned the immediately and in the same state of pickup. The colors were not what I asked for nor were the shapes or designs. I asked for a refund and Ruth refused to comply I left the cake in her bakery because I told her I could not use it. She lied and claimed the cake looked exactly like the photo and wanted to add more stars. As a loyal customer who has ordered a cake from here in the past I am disappointed and astonished by this behavior. I will never order from this business again. Here are the photos of what I ordered and what I received. They cakes do not compare. I would have appreciated honesty if she couldn’t make the cake I wanted I wasted over $100 on this. I usually don’t write bad reviews but I want to warn people to be wary of ordering from here if you have quality standards.

This is a family owned Bakery and it's really nice to feel the love they put in to the Bakery. They have gluton free and sugar free options too but it didnt look that fresh. I test tasted one of the cakes that was not sugar free or gluten free made hot out of the oven and it was amazing! Unfortunately, the frosting just didn't match the cake it had a bit of grainy texture and it was a whipped texture and it wasn't sweet. I ordered the red velvet for a birthday party with a music theme. The owner Ruthy quickly made the order and had it ready on time. Her decoration skills are amazing 👏🏽 She's very good at design. Unfortunately, the cake was a bit dry, and the frosting did not deliver. Red velvet is most commonly made with a thicker frosting. That's why it's called Southern Red Velvet. The frosting didn't match this kind of cake and my birthday boy wasn't blown away by the taste but everyone loved the cake decoration!

Horrible service came here a Saturday morning, 1st the vegan options had to be preorder that info should be provided in the menu…. Look 30mins to juice orange for 4 people 😑 and it was brought to the table one at a time 🤯👀 and the food wasn’t all that ! Well the vegan options that is. Not my money.

Not only was the Baby Shark theme beautifully done, it was also delicious! Several parents asked where we found this gem. This is my third cake from Ruthy’s and she always nails it!

Ruthy Made my vegan birthday cake last year, omgoodness, the very BEST I have ever tasted-- It was scrumptious and so beautifully decorated. I felt that great care put in creating the perfect cake just for me--thank you! My dear non -vegan mom had me speak with Ruthy and provide her my preferences for my vegan birthday cake ( floral decorations, pineapple filling, coconut)- omgoodness, she exceeded every expectation. I had to actually share my cake with my non-vegan family who usually orders a separate cake for themselves on my birthday because..."it's vegan" usually a bit stiff & all that jazz. Not this time however, Ruthy's cake made for me was super moist, overflowing w flavor, beautiful & so, so good. My mom will be ordering for my big day soon *Dec 25th. Thank you for exemplary service. This is the cake Ruthy’s Bakery made for our daughter's birthday party. It was made very sloppily. We were embarrassed to show it at the party where there were many invited guests. I also attach photos that were taken in the Bakery before the cake was taken away by my husband. There is reflection of an employee’s face on cake box. I paid $200. Scammers - the word you deserve! You have no shame or conscience.

Great selection of vegan pastries, plus vegan breakfast and ice cream options. The baker uses vegan dough for everything, so anything that doesn’t have cheese or meat in the name is in play for vegans. Very tasty!
