Tried thus place with my husband for the first time. He was excited to try it and so was I. Let me say, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, TIME OR EVEN HYPE YOURSELF FOR THIS AS THIS FOOD IS TRASH! Shorty's came up SHORT! The food has no flavor. I made the mistake of ordering the platter for two and a side order of brisket. As I am writing this, my husband and I are trying to figure out how to avoid throwing this entire order in the trash. The place was packed though. It makes me realize that people don't really know good food...this is insane. The chicken appeared to be undercooked. The brisket dry and absolutely NO FLAVOR. Listen, if I have to add sauce to a dish to taste some flavor, I might as well guzzle down a bottle of BBQ sauce. Your food should have flavor even before you add sauce to be considered good......I am highly dissapointed. I don't know how this place stays open and have multiple locations. People obviously don't know good food.🤮

Went to Shorty’s for a late night bbq craving and dudeeeee this was 10/10. Got the mozzarella (cause I’m a kid at heart, and the cheese pull hit the spot) along with the burnt ends for apps and almost stuffed ourselves with the burnt ends and didn’t eat the actual mains. For the mains, got the brisket platter and the half order of the baby back ribs - ribs were fall off the bone and the brisket was moist, both were smokey and so flavorful. Service was excellent!! Hostess Princess was so bubbly (def could be a server in the future) and was waited on by Nadia who was incredibly kind and gave great menu recommendations - Both were wonderful to be around!

Last two-three times we ordered a burger medium rare it came well done when we called the restaurant back to tell thim they screwed up they don't offer to recook the burger or make it right next time they Just say oh sorry about that. charge you 13 bucks for a burger screw it up every time ridiculous.
