We walked in around 6:30pm on a Friday and the whole place smelled very strongly like BLEACH. We had to purchase and run out of there. Aside from that, my bowl has solid balls of whatever was in there. Not very pleased.

I just picked up my smoothie and finished drinking it now. It tasted good, but what I can’t condone; is that throughout the entirety of me sipping through the straw to drink my smoothie; there were four times where four pieces of plastic ended up in my mouth.
I won’t be coming here again.

Ever since the app was updated, I’ve had issues with the store of my choice receiving my order. However, the staff always looks at my app. Re-enters the order and makes my smoothie for me. They always have a smile on their faces and the store is always clean. Heaven is especially amazing, - always takes care of me and always offers suggestions for enhancing the flavor of my smoothies. This is my only store of choice and I will continue to come back. Please fix the app.
