Ever since the app was updated, I’ve had issues with the store of my choice receiving my order. However, the staff always looks at my app. Re-enters the order and makes my smoothie for me. They always have a smile on their faces and the store is always clean. Heaven is especially amazing, - always takes care of me and always offers suggestions for enhancing the flavor of my smoothies. This is my only store of choice and I will continue to come back. Please fix the app.

do not order online for pickup or curbside. they don’t check the order form or even answer the phone. there were two girls closing and i made my order an hour and a half before closing. one hour later my order still isn’t ready and the young miss was mopping and closing an hour before closing time

I've been addicted to Smoothie King for the last 15 years. It's my go to for a snack, lunch, or a meal replacement. I have probably visited over 50 different Smoothie Kings throughout South Florida, and this location is my favorite by far. The staff is always friendly, professional, and quick to get my order out. If you like great smoothies and great service keep this place on your radar...you won't regret it. They definitely deserve all 5 stars!

A gentleman named Amen made me an acai bowl tonight and it was the best bowl anyone has ever made me at this location and I come here regularly. It wasn’t watery. The presentation was amazing. Usually they just throw the fruit on top. Thanks Amen. Now I only want to come when you work!!

Love this smoothie spot. All the employees are so helpful with providing suggestions based on your preferences. Honesty helped me out this morning and was able to make me the perfect smoothie with some minor substitutions. Strawberry and banana is usually my go to but they have a large variety of different drinks. I love the menu set up and add ons. The facility is always super clean, they also have small healthy snacks and cold drinks to take on the go. I find it interesting they ask if you prefer foam or plastic cups its great. The app is really cool, you can gain rewards points over time and order online for quick service. I did notice online the hours show open at 7:30 but they actually open at 7am.

Normally my go to spot to weekly for smoothies. But the last 2 times I've come have been horrendous. Online orders take 0 priority from walk-ins. I ordered my smoothies at 10:45am. I'm still standing here now 11:25am and still no smoothie or smoothie bowl. I've watched 3 people walk in after me and order and walk out with their food. This spot would normally get 5 stars from me but as of late this has been a crap show. Very disappointed. Update : they made my smoothie bowl and somehow misplaced and forgot my smoothie I ordered. This will not be almost an hour sitting in the store as it's now 11:30am and counting...

I didn't get to eat breakfast this morning so I needed something to get me to lunch and Smoothie King was on the way. Heaven was pleasant & professional. It appeared busy and still great customer service was provided. The store was clean with available seating. I ordered a medium Daily Warrior and substituted cherries for spinach. So delicious! I will get it again.

Took the family to smoothie king to get a healthier treat item. We were the only customers in the store and the cashier was super nice, patient and attentive.We ordered a lemon ginger - extra ginger, the limited edition papaya ginger, and the kids had kids smoothies.They were made very fast and all was ready in a few moments.We all enjoyed our smoothie and will definitely be back as it’s close to the kids school. :)
I love the thick texture of the smoothies and how it stays chill throughout the whole day! When I make protein smoothies at home they never come out the same way and the servers and staff at this location are so sweet! Genuinely love this area of smoothie King

I hate to have to even review this store. I have been going to this specific smoothie king 2-3 times a week for 6 months as I’ve been recovering from an eating disorder. The revolving staff have always been wonderful and efficient; Jamal is the only one I can name at this time though I haven’t seen him recently. The last two times I’ve gone, including today, my order has been delayed, to the point of customers who ordered after me mentioned how odd it was. The staff is nice but I no longer feel appreciated, and this place is no longer something I look forward to. The first time this happened I was given a coupon, which since I earn rewards by my many visits and referrals, doesn’t leave the effect they are hoping for. This last time, nothing happened. I no longer want to visit this location and will be passing this along. I’m sorry.
