This was crazy, waited 36 minutes for my acai. Came in during a rush so understood, but i was the first in line and yet the last to be given my order. They skipped my order all the way to the end. The attitude of the employees was disgusting. I never leave reviews but this was really bad, if i ever want a smoothie or acai, I know to never come to this location again.

I consistently visit this location and the smoothies are outstanding. Today I had the best smoothie I’ve ever had in my life thanks to Angel and his recommendation. He suggested I add peanut butter to the chocolate hulk (my go to after a workout) and it was AMAZING!! I couldn’t thank him enough. Can’t wait to go back.

I came in close to closing. My family has been sick for days and unanimously they wanted smoothies tonight. A quick decision that afforded me little time to make my way over there.I walked in about 5 mins before closing, half the lights were off and the open sign was off as well.I walked in and asked if they were still open, the girl responded back to me “well….we’re closing in 3 minutes”Got it, enough said. I works for 10+ years in food service and I know exactly what type of experience I would have had should I have pressed further. They probably saved themselves 10-15 minutes of time by not making my order and not having to clean a few extra blender jars. I would’ve bought 3-4 smoothies, easily $40 plus a generous tip. This could’ve translated into me coming back a few more times this week, with the same size order because someone in my family would be the pushing vote based on the smoothie they had from this evening.Instead, fueled by my annoyance and looking at the overpriced carrot express smoothies (open another hour later) I went to Publix and bought the ingredients to make my own smoothies at home.We hadn’t been grocery shopping because we’ve been sick but this pushed me to put the nail in the coffin on any potential visits to smoothie king the rest of this week or even in the next 6-9 months.Hey, but y’all saved 10-15 mins of labor tonight (maybe for two people?). Clearly y’all don’t need my business.

Passed by yesterday at 7:35pm and they had already locked the doors to count the register even though they were supposed to be open until 8pm. they simply told me they didnt want to take my order because they already wanted to close. Owners should train these employees from scratch or hire a new team with common sense.

There’s always people out front heckling you about donating to some charity.

We came 5 minutes ago at 8:45 pm and the two girls refused to take our order because they said they were already cleaning the machines. That’s because they probably wanted to leave earlier. As we walked in a family of 4 was also leaving with no smoothies probably for same reason. Don’t say you’re open until 9 pm then!!! Deceptive!!

The customer service was Very bad. She was Very rude and wasn't in a pleasant mood at all. I will never buy from this store again. The employees at this place should learn manners. Also responding to your sugestion of going to the webb page i did, but when I tried to find the store number which you require to make the complaint I couldn't find it anywhere I even called the store and and they don't know it.

Horrible customer service at this particular location. When my daughter and I first walked in, there was loud music playing with profanity. The people working didn’t acknowledge us. We waited a rather long time and in the meantime I got a phone call that I took. Well 2 mins into the call, they finally come to the register to take our order and I didn’t immediately hang up the phone. The guy rolled his eyes, walked away and then came back to help the guest behind me.I doubt I will ever return to this location unless management employs better staff. From reading the other reviews just now, it doesn’t look hopeful as others have reported similar incidents in the past and it’s obviously still occurring.

I like the smoothies at this location and pretty much have developed a daily habit of them. (Somewhat red-faced saying that!). With that said, however, the staff are in serious need of lessons in basic courtesy. "Thank-you, "thanks," "you're welcome" may be vestiges of a by-gone era, which is unfortunate, but make a customer feel their business is appreciated. I generally leave a tip when I get my change after my purchase and put it in the tip jar in front of the service person. Seldom has anyone acknowledged that. I did it for a while because I wanted to see how long it would take before someone said "thank-you."It really is kind of comical how the service personnel behave. They are in their own world and do not endeavor to interact with their customers to any extent beyond taking and making the order. Yes, it is a "job," and just to make money perhaps without any commitment beyond the transaction itself. However, are these employees bereft of personality of any sort? I guess being inconsiderate of the customer, rudeness, lack of interest and personality are personality traits, but not ones that will really serve your benefit for long-time service. Are these attributes part of the criteria for employment here?I imagine an interview multiple choice question at this shop consisting of: "What do you say to a customer after they pay for their order? Possible responses: (a) Thank-you; (b) A pleasure to serve you; (c) We appreciate your business; (d) Drop Dead; (e) Nothing. Correct responses - (d) and (e)."Others have commented about how the service personnel have earbuds stuffed into their skulls or are on their phones or doing anything else besides paying attention to the customers. What a shame. The owner and/or manager of this establishment should really think about having a course in manners before unleashing these representatives onto the public.

They need to improve their customer service. Let your customer know when the smoothie is done. Also they have zero personality. Only there for a paycheck?
