placed a mobile order today for my smoothie (which is $9 for a small) and there was no worker behind the counter when i went to pick it up. no smoothie on the mobile order counter either. i stood there for about 10 minutes waiting for someone but it was literally a ghost town. there’s no way to even tell if someone stole it from the pickup counter or if there is just literally no one working. i’m so angry

I work at a school nearby this location and we had ordered smoothies for our entire staff for Teacher Appreciation Week. Peter, the owner/manager, was wonderfully attentive, supportive, and helpful. He supported the teachers with a 20% discount for our school and had my order ready, made fresh, already organized in a large catering smoothie box that included a handle for easy transport and distribution. Did I mention that all of the smoothies had the order and names of each staff member on them?! Incredible service from this location. Thank you to Peter and the early morning clerk who made and organized the smoothies. 10/10!

I didn’t get to eat breakfast this morning so I needed something to get me to lunch and Smoothie King was on the way. Heaven was pleasant & professional. It appeared busy and still great customer service was provided. The store was clean with available seating. I ordered a medium Daily Warrior and substituted cherries for spinach. So delicious! I will get it again.
