The staff is well-trained, nice, and helpful, although more smiles on busy days are needed. Prices are increasing, and the place is always busy, with students from local schools present. One customer praised the friendliest service from barista DAKOTA. However, there are occasional issues with parking and traffic flow. Despite quick service, there was a mistake with a decaf order that turned out to be caffeinated.
