Ordered two coffees, half-caf. Had to BEH for a shot because they tasted like milk. If it wasn’t for an off-duty manager who was there, the “baristas” would’ve been totally lost, clueless. Never going there again.

My favorite location
Every single time I come here they are out of basic things like coffee or cold brew.
I ordered a matcha latte and it was really good. The flavor was smooth, and it was served quickly.

“Plop plop is back!! I know what does that mean? If you know, you know! Manager Thomas has the best team of baristas anywhere! Today I the Wolfpack was greeted with loving plop plops from Jesus and Megan. Very rude customer service from the barista named “pixie” if I’m not mistaken, all I said to her was that I paid for a venti coffee she made a nasty face and said she can just change it and proceed on with a attitude and then gave me said coffee that was the worst coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks,she was there around 2:30 12/22/24, no holiday cheer at all she gave grinch

this location rarely ever has inventory and whenever I try to order on the mobile app a lot of items show as not available.
The place was clean and the staff was courteous, didn't eat anything , coffee was decent

Came here to specifically leave a review for Angela the barista working today on Thanksgiving.
Angela, you are cool. Not only were you cool and chill, you were cool and chill during a busy shift on Thanksgiving. You are appreciated. Also the chick that ground our coffee was fun too. We laughed.

I didn’t want to cause a problem or a scene over a drink but they made the incorrect drink so I went back to show them and instead of asking me if I want to keep the incorrectly made drink , I’m assuming the “manager” decided to just grab the drink and throw it out without asking. I’ve never experienced this before at any other Starbucks. It wasn’t my fault the drink was made incorrectly to begin with.
Went to order on the app and as is usually the case at some point every week, no ordering ahead message on the app is showing. Also, instead of "management" sending a half-hearted computer generated message with a hyperlink that isn't linked to anything, try having a human actually respond to customer complaints and dissatisfaction.....
After I complained about the lack of empathy and heartless computer generated response, the SAME type of response was given to me without ANY explanation as to why you couldn't order on the app. Smh change management!
