Things used to be so face paced. Now there’s long lines in the morning! Waiting for the simplest things!! Ontop of that they forgot my food and won’t answer the phone. They leave it off the hook when you call.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just have to talk about my experience. The Store Manager, a petite pretty Black woman gave some of the best service I’ve seen at Starbucks and I visit many different ones. I was in a hurry and there was quite a crowd in the lobby, I watched her walk up to each person standing waiting for their drinks with a smile and asked them how were they and what was their order. When she got to me, she warmly smiled and apologized for the wait. This made me forget all about the hurry I was in and made the wait tolerable. I watched her go and help make drinks, she went to each of the baristas and was actually positively encouraging them. I was positively blown away by her managing. Even though they were extremely busy she was calm and collected and making sure the customers and her employees were ok. I am going to go back tomorrow to get her name and I’m going to edit this review and add it. She should be recognized. Stellar customer service.

Ordered two coffees, half-caf. Had to BEH for a shot because they tasted like milk. If it wasn’t for an off-duty manager who was there, the “baristas” would’ve been totally lost, clueless. Never going there again.

Very rude customer service from the barista named “pixie” if I’m not mistaken, all I said to her was that I paid for a venti coffee she made a nasty face and said she can just change it and proceed on with a attitude and then gave me said coffee that was the worst coffee I’ve ever had from Starbucks,she was there around 2:30 12/22/24, no holiday cheer at all she gave grinch
