They have everyone wearing heavy jackets inside because the temperature is so cool. Way colder than outside and we have a cold front in Florida currently. I asked the barista to help with the temperature, she said she couldn’t do anything about it. So then I asked for the manager as everyone is clearly freezing in the store, and she said reluctantly she would work on it. I had brought my computer to work in the store and was having trouble staying because it was so cold. The barista then put a message in my cup “smile” as I wasn’t smiling enough I guess, I disliked that.

Came to this location on a Sunday at around 4pm. My family and I ordered an iced Frappuccino, hot Mocha, regular coffee and hot tea. The Frappuccino and Hot mocha didn’t take too long to come out, we were being patient since we saw not many employees and cars in the drive thru. When we asked about our drinks we were told they were coming. We waited around 15minutes before asking again and complaining for the long wait for just regular coffee and hot tea that was still missing.

The waiting wasn’t the worst part, the worst part was the attitude from one of the employees. She spoke Spanish so she heard my dad mention something about another employee not being organized. If you don’t like your job and you aren’t going to give good customer service then don’t work at a job where you have to deal with people.

Very rude and not customer friendly at all from this employee. I didn’t catch her name but she was working on Sunday January 25, 2026 at around 4pm.

My family is going to writing an email to the district manager because one thing is to wait long due to the store being busy. And another thing is having to deal with someone who works there having a bad attitude. I heard her say to another employee “just give them their drinks so they can leave”. I’ve worked customer service for years and I don’t find that behavior acceptable. It gives Starbucks a very bad image.

amazing place to study staff is always extremely nice and even gave me free stuff while studying. Definitely one the coziest Starbucks I’ve been too

The problem here is that people sometimes park in front of the establishment making it difficult to park and walking in since entrance is usually blocked by vehicles

Quite possibly the least friendly Starbucks I’ve ever been to. The staff doesn’t smile. When I asked about my order they shrugged.
I visited during during a smooth time, not their busiest hours. The staff is nearly unresponsive.

The employees working on Wednesday, December 31st at 5pm were incredibly rude and disrespectful. I ordered a pickup order on uber eats for the first time and went to the drive through window to grab my order. I was met with attitude for not knowing that I was supposed to go inside for uber orders from the tall dark haired young man. Once inside, the workers were huddled together staring at me and talking about the situation. I politely asked the short dark haired girl for 2 pup cups for my dogs, when she rolled her eyes at me. I have been coming here for probably 10 years and never met with disrespect like that before. I’ve worked in the industry and customer service for many years, the way you behave towards your customers is vital for business success.

This location is SO inconsistent. I go to the 17th Street almost every single day because it’s closest to my work, but on my days off have to come to this one. I’ve had two back-to-back experiences at this location that haven’t happened to me at the other location.
1. Asked for my drink in a trenta cup (get this almost every day) and they aren’t allowed. Why is the other one allowed to??? 😂
2. Just asked for sugar free cold foam (also get this a lot) and they “don’t have that”.

I like this location, they are fast and 90% of the time my drink is great. That's good enough for me. Service isn't always outstanding but it doesnt matter to me as long as my drink is right.

I go to Starbucks literally every day, sometimes to this location and sometimes to the one next to my job and today I asked for light ice with my coffee like I normally do and for some reason she asked me if I wanted room in the cup or if I wanted more oat milk to fill that space and I was shocked because I never have been asked that they just normally do that for me and now my drink taste a lot like milk when I didn’t want that I just didn’t want my ice filled to the top like they normally do at this starbucks location. Disappointed because even though she made a deal about me asking for light ice, she still gave me coffee halfway filled with ice

On October 6, I ordered a hot vanilla matcha protein drink on the Starbucks app. But when I went to pick it up, the employee gave me an iced cup. I asked them to change it because I ordered a hot matcha. But the guy retaliated by adding too much matcha tea. It made my matcha drink thick and bitter. Disgusting.😡😡😡

Awful costumer service. I went today at 5:20 pm aprox, and the girl who's was attending drive thru is rude. But it's not the only one. Inside they are rude too.
