This Starbucks is pretty consistent. Staff is nice and they have regulars that come in and out often. It can get super busy during the morning rush when EVERYONE wants their morning coffee fix. Lol.
I love Starbucks during the holidays. They have such festive items for sale. Loving the cute little Starbucks ornaments. They're also doing a collab with Wicked at this time so you can find select themed items at your location.
I save up my Starbucks rewards for mugs or tumblers now. It's not worth it to use the rewards towards coffee drinks or food anymore. I will say Starbucks has a wonderful selection of nice mugs and tumblers and I usually wait it out for the ones I really really want. Spent the money, want to reap the rewards.
I have several in my personal collection and the quality is super nice. I snagged a beautiful modern abstract art wide mug on this recent visit. I've been eyeing it as a potential. Wish it was a tall and thin mug but I can make the wide mug work. It's so pretty to look at.
We got the mug and a breakfast sandwich. I love all the breakfast food options here. The Impossible breakfast sandwich is actually tasty! Love love love all the sous vide egg bites. Did you know you can buy those at Costco or Sam's Club too? Although Costco may have pushed those out and created their own Kirkland brand sous vide bites. Lol.

The workers are so rude. Kiera or Kiara I believe her name was was so rude when I asked a question and went on a rant before I said that it was fine if it could not be done. Another worker with a black wolf cut/shag and glasses was also rude. As a partner who frequents this store myself I was honestly shocked and left very upset.

I love cafes. Starbucks always has great ambiance; my favorite is jazz music. ❤️ Great Escape. ✨️? . I normally enjoy my time either with Chai tea latte w/oatmilk or Mint majesty [ no sweetners ].Sometimes, I would help myself to plain a bagel with butter or a croissant.
Vegetarian options: Bagels, tomato, and mozzarella on Focacia, croissant.

UPDATE: We actually noticed the other day that both the manager of this location AND a woman (named "aya" or "aga" or something like that) we super nice and gave great service. So, I have increased my rating to 4. Some of them act like they don't care (as I said below) but there are some who really do it the "starbucks way" - which is to really be into their job and into bringing a smile onto the face of those who come in.

We come from the west coast where starbucks has the BEST SERVICE. This starbucks has the same level of service most places in south Florida do, garbage service. These workers act bored and uninterested. Today we stood in line while 5 employees stood there chatting, and only did something when I said "is anyone working?" Shockingly bad customer service.

He was incredibly knowledgeable and provided all of the information and more about the current promotion and played a pivotal role in my decision making. He anticipated every need and offered a surplus of kind words!

I came in early in the morning to get some work done on my computer. The atmosphere in this location was so warm and welcoming. My barista, Victoria, was the sweetest soul ever, she made my week!
Been a customer for decades. The food is breakfast and lunch oriented, and the Pumpkin Loaf is yummy. I drink decaf only and the atmosphere is safe, friendly and great for small business meetings or coffee with friends. They also serve other beverages; however, I only drink their coffee. I hoard points to use 300 at a time for a free bag of ground beans to brew at home. I've been in their stores across the country and find them a safe and welcoming stop along the way.
Parking: Depends upon where the store is located. Some places have more spots than others.
Wheelchair accessibility: I think so.

Early morning drive-thru staff, specifically the person on 06/07/2024, was super rude and didn’t even so much as say a word beyond “here” when handing me my coffee. This isn’t a rare occurrence either and it isn’t just the person from 06/07/24. I choose to go to this particular Starbucks because they at least get my very simple order correct about half of the time as opposed to the incredibly horrible locations in Pembroke Pines. Honestly, all employees at Starbucks are the definition of “quiet quitting.” They don’t care if they get your order correct. They don’t hide their bad attitudes and incredibly sour demeanors. Frankly, I think it’s about time I stopped wasting my time, money, and gas on going to Starbucks in general. I hope they go out of business.

It’s 9:43 pm and I just pulled up to the university location across tower shop and the door was locked . Store hours are until 10pm . The lady behind the counter looked up at the door and literally did the “ karen “ lip gesture .

Horrible service ordered ahead on the app, drove back and the clerk argued about the order with entitled attitude then charged more for pieces on cold oatmeal , lousy place won't be going back, been a customer for years matters not anymore to the new entitled staff
