Kira was rude as hell from the moment I walked in ALL STARBUCKS do not have a code for the bathroom and I had to go super bad the only greeting I got from KIRA was snooty and she yelled out you have to make a purchase first before you can use the restroom that’s CRAZY I won’t be back at this Starbucks EVER it will be on my DO NOT GO LIST then when I got to the counter KIRA tried to justify why she treated me like a 5 year old getting scolded and said that’s policy to beg to go to the bathroom is ludicrous I still made a purchase because I came out my way to go to this Starbucks but the experience shouldn’t have been this so if you have to go to the restroom real bad make sure to make a purchase first the poor gentleman behind me had to use the woman’s bathroom she refused to give him the code as well eyes rolled and poor body language KIRA have better judgment with customers because you just lost one first experience here sucked!!!

This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks. With another one right down the street I would think competition wise they would be faster as they’re in a busier plaza. But no, and it doesn’t matter what time of day you go, it still takes forever..

JAZZY, TYLER AND SCOTT the manager are the highlight of this location. They are truly the best. I will say Jazzy is a very hard worker, passionate, gives amazing customer service and always makes my order exactly to Starbucks standards. All three are hard workers but I just had to give a special shout out to her! Love Tyler and Scott too, they have always been nice to me and provided great service!

This Starbucks is pretty consistent. Staff is nice and they have regulars that come in and out often. It can get super busy during the morning rush when EVERYONE wants their morning coffee fix. Lol.
I love Starbucks during the holidays. They have such festive items for sale. Loving the cute little Starbucks ornaments. They're also doing a collab with Wicked at this time so you can find select themed items at your location.
I save up my Starbucks rewards for mugs or tumblers now. It's not worth it to use the rewards towards coffee drinks or food anymore. I will say Starbucks has a wonderful selection of nice mugs and tumblers and I usually wait it out for the ones I really really want. Spent the money, want to reap the rewards.
I have several in my personal collection and the quality is super nice. I snagged a beautiful modern abstract art wide mug on this recent visit. I've been eyeing it as a potential. Wish it was a tall and thin mug but I can make the wide mug work. It's so pretty to look at.
We got the mug and a breakfast sandwich. I love all the breakfast food options here. The Impossible breakfast sandwich is actually tasty! Love love love all the sous vide egg bites. Did you know you can buy those at Costco or Sam's Club too? Although Costco may have pushed those out and created their own Kirkland brand sous vide bites. Lol.

The workers are so rude. Kiera or Kiara I believe her name was was so rude when I asked a question and went on a rant before I said that it was fine if it could not be done. Another worker with a black wolf cut/shag and glasses was also rude. As a partner who frequents this store myself I was honestly shocked and left very upset.

I love cafes. Starbucks always has great ambiance; my favorite is jazz music. ❤️ Great Escape. ✨️? . I normally enjoy my time either with Chai tea latte w/oatmilk or Mint majesty [ no sweetners ].Sometimes, I would help myself to plain a bagel with butter or a croissant.
Vegetarian options: Bagels, tomato, and mozzarella on Focacia, croissant.

UPDATE: We actually noticed the other day that both the manager of this location AND a woman (named "aya" or "aga" or something like that) we super nice and gave great service. So, I have increased my rating to 4. Some of them act like they don't care (as I said below) but there are some who really do it the "starbucks way" - which is to really be into their job and into bringing a smile onto the face of those who come in.

We come from the west coast where starbucks has the BEST SERVICE. This starbucks has the same level of service most places in south Florida do, garbage service. These workers act bored and uninterested. Today we stood in line while 5 employees stood there chatting, and only did something when I said "is anyone working?" Shockingly bad customer service.
