Awful costumer service. I went today at 5:20 pm aprox, and the girl who's was attending drive thru is rude. But it's not the only one. Inside they are rude too.

I never have a good experience here you ask the workers in the drive through how are you and they just say good. what can I get you. instead of giving the common courtesy of asking the same back they are all passive aggressive I ask for light ice cause otherwise I get like two sips they fill the cup with ice anyway and when I very politely speak up they gave it to me with no Ice whatsoever I never write reviews and hardly speak up for mess ups but I constantly give this place second chances and it’s just a bad vibe overall if you’re not a people person don’t work in customer service period.

Incompetent staff. Not even a friendly acknowledgment from the black girl with the nose ring at the register. Just a “what do you want?” I ordered a short 80 degree whole milk for my toddler son. And she didn’t bother making note of the temperature, just rang in the drink. Got it scalding hot of course, and then when I told the guy barista, he said yeah it’s warm milk. I had to repeat to him twice that I wanted it a certain temperature because he couldn’t comprehend what I was saying. I then asked him if he can control the temperature of the drinks he serves and once he got that he finally understood the mission. He then tried telling me to order it that way next time WHEN I DID. To top it off the place is a mess even though it’s just my family and another pair of customers here.

Grande pike place with a double shot of espresso to get an early start to a road trip. The drive thru window opened promptly at 6am and service was friendly.

Kira was rude as hell from the moment I walked in ALL STARBUCKS do not have a code for the bathroom and I had to go super bad the only greeting I got from KIRA was snooty and she yelled out you have to make a purchase first before you can use the restroom that’s CRAZY I won’t be back at this Starbucks EVER it will be on my DO NOT GO LIST then when I got to the counter KIRA tried to justify why she treated me like a 5 year old getting scolded and said that’s policy to beg to go to the bathroom is ludicrous I still made a purchase because I came out my way to go to this Starbucks but the experience shouldn’t have been this so if you have to go to the restroom real bad make sure to make a purchase first the poor gentleman behind me had to use the woman’s bathroom she refused to give him the code as well eyes rolled and poor body language KIRA have better judgment with customers because you just lost one first experience here sucked!!!

This has to be one of the slowest Starbucks. With another one right down the street I would think competition wise they would be faster as they’re in a busier plaza. But no, and it doesn’t matter what time of day you go, it still takes forever..

Today, I accidentally left my glasses on a table at Starbucks. When I returned after half a day, the staff had kept them safe and handed them back to me. I’m really grateful for their help!

JAZZY, TYLER AND SCOTT the manager are the highlight of this location. They are truly the best. I will say Jazzy is a very hard worker, passionate, gives amazing customer service and always makes my order exactly to Starbucks standards. All three are hard workers but I just had to give a special shout out to her! Love Tyler and Scott too, they have always been nice to me and provided great service!

First time a Starbucks turns me away and says they cannot make my drink. Drive thru attendant was so rude and vi descending g. Didn’t even offer options.
The worst match I've ever had. They couldn't mix it well 🥴 the foam looked weird. I've always ordered the matcha the same way and they've never done it so badly.
