I don't understand the negative reviews. For the price point this steak n shake slaps. The shakes are good and the burgers and fries are much better then mcdonalds, at the same price. Yes you sometimes have to wait but it does come out fresh. Happy hour shakes are less then 3 dollars as well. Fries are hot unlike the other fast food establishments

I ordered two meals first they forgot my fry’s had to drive back to pick up then after receiving it was dry as if it was under a heat lamp now time for the burger the first bite I was so disgusted I as for the garlic bread steak sandwich they poured look to me half of the garlic butter in my sandwich till the point I didn’t know what was in my burger I ordered this few times never seen a bottle of garlic grease poured out though it was tartar sauce the way it poured out was so nasty and it smells like a old dirty restaurant awful place

This place has gone down hill since covid happened, ever since then when they replaced it with the kiosks its been horrible. Every chance i give this place it's been a disappointment.

I lovedddddddd the fooodddddd omggggg!!!!! It was so goooood!!!! I never really finish my food when I’m at a restaurant because I have a fast metabolism but I literally finished the whole burger the burger wasn’t big but I was fine with that but please update the fries!!! I don’t like the fries it’s so small I feel like bigger fries with the salt will add even more flavor to the meal 🤌🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾🤭🤭🤭 and it was my first time going thank you 😊😊😊🫶🏾🫶🏾
