Delicious and honestly cheaper/better than McDonald's or BK. The burger was delicious - freshly pressed patty that is perfectly cooked with a delicious smashed crust. The bun is fluffy and toasted - extremely flavorful burger! Service was also really nice and helpful.

Seems to be a brand new facility with staff on hand to help new customers understand the ropes, a pretty standard kiosk experience ordering if you've had fast food in the last 10 years, plenty of interesting items and my family liked all of the offerings we chose, I would rate the experience far above Wendy's or McDonald's from the food quality alone with only a small price bump

I don't understand the negative reviews. For the price point this steak n shake slaps. The shakes are good and the burgers and fries are much better then mcdonalds, at the same price. Yes you sometimes have to wait but it does come out fresh. Happy hour shakes are less then 3 dollars as well. Fries are hot unlike the other fast food establishments
