had some of their prepackaged double wrapped food on Holland America cruise line. This type of pre cooked flash frozen food is generally not great, my experience is that chicken and cheese dishes don't fare well with freezing and defrosting. Beef hold up much better under freezing. I had short ribs, stuffed cabbage, pea soup, matzo ball soup, carrot cake and chocolate chip cookies. Each of these items was pretty good, I was happy with them. I stuck to my rule which is cooked chicken and cheese and rice and potato dishes don't freeze well. Its all the same regardless of caterer. We Jews will eat almost anything with a hechsher even if it has a skull and crossbones on it LOL. Stick to the beef and flour deserts and you might be surprised. I order fresh potatoes, veges, and fish all steamed in double wrapped foil to supplement the kosher beef dishes.

Great customer service!!

We had someone give us a bunch of this companies TV dinners. I didn't understand why they were giving them away but now I totally get it. I'm typing this with an upset stomach from eating the "glatt kosher meat loaf with mashed potatoes and corn". It is literally, by far the worst food item I have ever consumed in my life. My partner had the fajita meal and it was literally inedible. The chicken was very dry, hard and rubbery and the entire portion of rice stuck to the fork like a brick and came out of the tray as one piece. I tried to fix her the "glatt kosher pot roast with potatoes and mixed vegetables" and it didn't smell or taste right. She downright refused to eat it after one bite saying, "something is really off about this. Somethings not right". We were at the dinner table making fun of this stuff so hard that we were crying and my jaw was hurting from laughing... that was until my stomach started to hurt. Hopefully I don't end up throwing this up or get food poisoning. This isn't a joke, it really is that bad. This place should be ashamed of this food. I don't even know how it's legal to sell. THUMBS DOWN!

At Disney World thePizza was horrid. No comment on the other TVDinners we ate. At least it was easier to open up the double wrapped items than the previous caterer.

We had to eat their food on Norwegian cruise Escape ship. It was horrible. My brother in law who usually eat anything could not consume the food. Shame on you Sterling catering you cause people to be at see for 7 nights with non eatable food.
