Poor service by this franchisee. Avoid this location and visit others in the nearby area
the “manger” there is disgusting and disrespectful. no greet and rolled her eyes when i would ask for more onions on my sub. she said the minimum of onions allowed on a sub is 6. no place ever had this rule. absolutely disgusting how u treat your customers!
Watched the man behind the counter cough violently multiple times into his bare hands and NOT wash after. Absolutely disgusting.
Loved my experience! John was super nice and helpful! My sub looked like the picture just like the picture!! I will be back to this particular subway again .
Summer did an amazing job! Best person working at this establishment and any Subway I have ever been at by far! Her extraordinary customer service made my day and week a whole lot better!
I drive pass 3 subways during my lunch break in order to make it to this store. I'm always greeted by the young energetic spanish man and enjoy the light conversation with the other guy while purchasing. He knows I like extra jalapenos on my sandwich so he convinced me to get a bottled water along with my meal instead of soda, he looks quite fit himself so I assume his advice is genuine. I admire the compassion I receive here and I give a strong 5 stars for the services I received. Can't vouch for anyone else's experience, I guess I come on the right days.

The minute we walked in I knew there was gonna be trouble. No one else was eating her or even dining in. The trash was full and the dine in area not so clean. The man taking our order who looked possibly Hindu did take our order but was very picky with how much he put on, for example one of our three subs only had four olives like seriously I did notice he was making our order with his mouth open and looked as if he even possibly coughed on one of our subs. When it came time for purchasing he now states he can't take a coupon which had a still valid date but he did not speak clearly as to why he did not take the coupon either he just kept saying no or no we can't take it.

Last week I went to redeem a coupon without any issues a this location. Everything was perfect I paid for my order using the promotional coupon with no issues, the employee who took my order (I believe he was Latino) was very professional and I would like to congratulate him. However, yesterday in the morning I went to redeem another promotional coupon and the employee attending was extremely rude, stating that they never take coupons and whoever did take that coupon last time didn’t know what he was doing. This employee was unprofessional and disrespectful. Never said hello or a simple “how can I help you”, no effort to provide a good service and left the impression of “another damn customer coming here today”. If you don’t like to work there then find another thing to do. These people should receive some training. This employee in particular has zero manners and zero customer service.

I would be careful here someone in this area has the skills to do something with their lives instead they used their skills to hack into subway app and use my credit card information and place an order here at this location i live in Texas come on man

Horrible service! Cancelled my order randomly, after making me a wait for 1 hour.
The owner overcharged me and wouldn't accept a still valid coupon (which I called ahead and asked about) she then made me wait for my mother who was at the bank across the street because I was $2 short (I saw the thing when she rung me up and she charged me for extra bacon on a sandwich that already comes with bacon). The owner got fed up with waiting and just let me take the food. Also the owner gives you the tiniest little bit of veggies on your sandwich. Last thing is my sister was an employee of hers and the owner treated her abhorrently.

The reason why I support this brand is because I grew up with the brand. I didn't know it is a franchise. A white older couple owns the 3 subways. My first experience with this white male owner was awkward. Its time for me to make purchase for my order. He commented on the subway gift that I had. He was suspicious of me using my card. I didn't know why? I don't believe in committing any fraudulent acts. My second experience was at his other location on pine island. I'm walking in the hot sun to get to the location. I arrived there a young lady preparing my sandwich. I see a white older male standing online not realizing it was him. He recognized me and he hurries to the register to ring me at the register. It felt odd to me.because he didn't allow the female to complete my order. He said rudely that will be $15.35. I said to him, you not even going to say good mornnig?or do you need a beverage etc. That's where he decided not to except my subway gift card. I asked him when will his system will be fully capable of accepting subway gift cards? His response was he threw my sandwich away and started an argument with me. My third visit was another location on Oakland and university. I see the guy again and it brought back the moment again. He cursed me out with a low voice and kicked me out. The owner of the franchise using the "f" word towards his black customer. For older white owners their attitudes are extremely negative.
I'm a big fan of their chocolate chip and white chocolate macadamia nut cookies!
