The ingredients is what makes this one of my favorite places to eat during the work weekdays especially for lunchtime. The steak sandwich foot long sandwiches is the nest. But all their foot long sandwiches are all so good. There is a new different special feature sandwich that comes out each month and stay on the menu for 30 days. I'm glad my favorite is always on the menu. Other sandwiches is the Cuban, The Italian , the Spicy Italian, Turkey and Bacon with tomato, and Tuna with onions and cheese. Vegetarian options are available as well.

Have you seen what this location is now doing? Forget about not accepting coupons, dirty facility and poor quality of their food, they are now shutting off ordering footlongs on the app. Instead of ordering a large sub, they are only 1/2 subs which if you bought two of them you are paying about 30% higher.
I know these are franchisee locations but i do not think this is even legal pulling this off.
I have reported them and recommend anyone that still goes to Subway the same. There are still plenty of locations in this area on University and Pine Island going both North and South.

What a drag. The employees there definitely don’t want to be. Impatient, dull, lifeless and rude. Seriously subway, what’re you doing to these people? The prices have gone insane, but the food hasn’t gotten any better and the customer service gone. Completely gone… interacting with the staff is depressing.

Do not visit this place especially if you are Latino, today I went with my family and the cashier was very rude when she realized that our English was not good, we still tried to communicate and although she understood us she turned her eyes looking at us. . He did the same to us with a bad face. He asked to make fun of our accent, made a complaining sound when we asked him to add another order, and really seemed like he was doing us a favor by providing us with service. I'm not about making comments on Google Maps but about avoiding bad times. This happened on 05/18/2024 (10:30 am)

DON'T GO THIS THIS SUBWAY SHE IS RUINING THE REPUTATIONI would love to rate this a zero. Food always destroyed from this one girl (Hispanic black hair) I went there she flipped me and my friends off, because we supposedly made one little teeny tiny mess. threatened to call the police. once I walked past to go to the bathroom that's at Publix If you ever walk there you will see if you're trying to get from Subway to Publix you're going to have to walk past Subway and she continued to Harass us when we were outside the store she continued saying bad stuff to us and cussing us out. (You shouldn't go there and she sneezes all over the food when she's making it sometimes most of the time never uses gloves If you order a sub it will be destroyed she doesn't care her mind just set on the money) PLEASE GET HER FIRED

Most unpleasant experience ever at a Subway location. Nastasia was nasty and extremely rude to me, my son, and nephews. Other times when the kids ate there, she harrassed them and chased them away from the store even when they were just standing outside in the parking area talking to each other claiming that they were "mocking her" with gestures when they were just telling each other jokes. I stopped eating there 2 years ago when I had food poisoning 3 separate occasions in a 6 Month period. I recently started back because a friend had eaten there and said the food was better. But after this experience I will not ever return. I have warned everyone I could to avoid ths Subway. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else where the subs are better and the service isn't rude.

the hispanic woman with black hair who works here is ridiculously rude and looked strung out. Couldn’t figure out how to scan my gift card, messed up both my sandwiches and literally sneezed twice while making the persons behind me. should be fired that was ridiculous.

The employee behind counter ( Spanish lady) extremely rude. Hard to understand, very argumentative. Explained to her that it was rude to give lip service to customers. Ended up leaving and other customers that were there and saw her attitude said the same thing, that she was rude and left as well. If I could rate the shop zero I would!The manager should let her go. No business can’t afford having an employee that ruins their reputation.

Just by reading some of the reviews, I should’ve not ordered from here, but did anyway cause it’s close to my house. Where do I start? First tried ordering online on a Sunday afternoon and it said that they weren’t taking online order’s. So ordered the very next day. Placed the order for 2 subs, a Philly and a tuna at 1:40pm said it would be ready at 1:55pm. I was running a little late and didn’t get there until 2:05. I walk in and the employee told me she hadn’t done them yet and that I had to wait. As I’m waiting she’s telling me what’s in the order she says that she can work faster if I tell her what it is instead of reading the print out. By this point it’s already 2:20 and there was only one person she was making a sub for. Didn’t have a majority of the ingredients and while making the subs she decides to pick up her cellphone and have a conversation with someone and I told her if it’s an emergency I can understand, but if not she needs to get off the phone and make the subs that should’ve been done a half hour ago. Of course I got the rolled eyes back with a side of attitude to include. This person needs to be let go. Just cause of that I’m never going back. Corporate needs to pay attention to these reviews!!!

I eat a lot of subway, and I've been to a lot of different franchises, and this one is one of the worst, especially when that lady is working. She always seems to be in a rush and doesn't take any care when preparing your sandwich. She doesn't clean up or keep anything in order. This location is the closest one to me, but I often go to further locations in order to avoid this lady. The other workers are okay, but overall, the location is lax and really in need of management improvement. Sometimes, it closes early and opens late. The time posted on the door serves no purpose.
I am a long time Subway enjoyer and I usually love Subway but this location which is unfortunately the one closest to my house is always bad. There's a lady who works here and whenever she's there everything is just disgusting. She does no upkeep when she is there. The food is all mixed up and intertwined with other foods. There's no cleanliness at all. She's always in a bad attitude and never a high hello. Thank you! It's always just here's your sandwich and that's it or no greeting at all. I've attached a picture of the workspace and you can see how everything is a mess. And this isn't a one off. It's every time she works.
