I live by this subway so it’s usually always a pleasure coming but tonight was the exact opposite. I walked in and there wasn’t anyone there, even waited a couple minutes and finally a guy came out. He wasn’t wearing a name tag so I’m not sure if his name. He didn’t greet me at all just asked what am I getting? I let him know a tuna on herb and cheese.. he then said “cheese” As if he was irritated. After toasting my sub he slammed it and said “veggies.” I asked him what’s the problem, he said nothing I’m speaking English. At that point I knew he was irritated and didn’t want to be at work. He proceeded to make my sandwich as if he was irritated and had the same energy with my brother who was behind me. Definitely never expected this from this location, he made it seem like it was a problem that we came in and ordered.

A very common sandwich with nothing really that sets it apart. But that’s the point isn’t it? It’s a franchise and they want their sandwiches to be duplicated anywhere and everywhere they are. Service is muted conducted more in grunts than words. The end result of the sandwich is exactly what you should expect going in. An ok sandwich for ever increasing prices.

Always clean, friendly staff. My daughter and I especially love it when Logan is there. She makes the best subs!!! Wonderful customer service every time from her.
