We came to this subway and hours show 8-12am Monday to Friday but employee kept door shut and did not serve us
The young blonde man ( was working 9/7/22 @ 11:30 am) always gives great service. Super efficient, quick, and has a great attitude. Deserves his recognition ?? Great service for subway.
The young man ? excellent from the time you enter until you leave friendly kind great customer service ? I don't live out there but whenever I am in the area that will always be my stop great job Subway excellent young man I wish I new his name I visit on Monday at 3pm
How do I start one they didn't even have ice they didn't have bags to put the cookies they don'thave the oven chicken from back in the days and now you're stuck with some other cut piece 1 that used and oh my God it was so disgusting it had sooooo much veins and Nasty gooey stuff like eating a rubber band all I can say is that I will never go to subway again and if I do go again it will be just for cookies
You can’t seat there if you are not consuming. Even if you go there every day and leave good tips. Go other place.
PSA: As a parent of a former employee please do not eat here. This location is infested with roaches…
This is the worst franchise store I've used. Just left there and the young employee refused to serve a man and his daughter because he was on break. Unacceptable! This store is a.mile from my house. I have repeatedly encountered high employee turnover, inept workers and missing inventory. There was no ham. He offer double ham. He then rung up my 6 inch with combo as a 12 inch with combo for $15.04. He didn't have pennies, so he gave me $4.95. I asked for the receipt because it sounded funny. I was the only one in the store. He told me when entered the store that he needed to go break. Then he tried to recalculate my bill and gave 88.55 after telling me I was $8.57. He didn't give me a receipt and only gave me $8.55 because he didn't have pennies. Unbelievable! Do not go to the store. I'm done and will not revisit. Publix offers a better fresher fare with great customer service.
I’m usually not one to post negative reviews. If I don’t like a business, I usually just don’t return. But, this location was so horrendous, I couldn’t not post a review to warn others about this place. I’ll begin by saying one star is very generous. I went to this location late at night. The hip hop/rap they were playing on the radio should have been enough to warn me to turn around - lyrics talking about “******* them bitches” or something - seemed somewhat inappropriate for a sub shop. Beyond that, the trash on the ground should have been a second warning. The guy at the counter seemed friendly enough, but I could tell his 2 buddies were hanging out at the table - he was probably more interested in hanging out with his friends in between orders than cleaning. It’s obvious there is no quality control, no standards, and very little training and supervision at this location. Management is either grossly inept and ignorant, or they just don’t care. With so many other great sub shops nearby - Jimmy Johns and Jersey Mikes- I have no idea why this place is even in business. Corporate should really get involved, as this location is very damaging to the subway brand.
Sad example of a 6 inch sandwich that cost $9.94...good thing I got the $1 extra meat or I'd still be hungry. They can keep their extra deal for $3.99 for chips and drink....friggin sample size of chips. It's like they get same supplier for airline snacks. Refresh my thinking of ever going back. I gave them 3 stars cause I feel bad for their future.

I probably have not walked into a Subway in years and today was every reason why. I placed an online order and was sure not to leave my house until the time the food should have been ready only to walk in and be told by the young man behind the counter that it wasn't ready because the previous employee hadn't made it. I went and waited in my car for a bit and when I came back was informed that there were no chocolate chip cookies but I could pick another kind. Honestly if I wanted another kind, I would've ordered those but how at 4 on a Saturday you don't have the most common cookie flavor available is beyond me. So I picked chips instead, went home and found the the sandwich I paid double meat for did not have double meat and the sandwich I paid a $4 upcharge for avocado didn't have that either. Evidently all efforts were put into double mustard because that was all I could taste. For over $30 at a subway when I could've easily had a Publix sub which would of been of quality and served with good customer service, I'm completely disappointed in my decision to give this store a chance. This location really needs to get it together and is hopefully not an example of your other stores.

It never comes out like it does in the picture! I've been a fan of the Cold Cut Combo since forever! This Subway has done this awesome sandwich a great shame! Seeing the employee prepare it, he used only bologna. When I asked about the missing turkey-based ham and salami, he said Subway had changed it's recipe. What? Then why not call it a bologna and bread sandwich? I was not at all impressed with the result as it looked nothing like the picture they still show on their website (clearly showing three types of cut meats)! #ShameOnSubway #FalseAdvertising
Same thing here, the "owner" is extremely rude. There was no one else in there but me and another person, and he started being rude, as soon as I spoke back to him telling him his service is awful and disrespectful he proceeded to say leave and that he doesn't need my business. He then proceeded to record me and threatened to call the cops. In short awful service and I do not recommend anyone should give him service.
The employees here they have a bad attitude. I ask for a Chicken bacon ranch melt and the guy gave me a chicken teriyaki sandwich instead! My coworker ask the manager owner at what time they open and the guy just look at him with a bad face and said the Schedule it’s on the door! Every time that we have went they had new employees! If that guy it’s the owner then does not know how to deal with a restaurant!
