The food is good but $8.99 for one pack of sauce is extreme.
Recommended dishes: Gyro Platter
Amazing Food! The platter with the gyro was simply delicious. Everything was cooked to perfection and the customer service was excellent. I would highly recommend 10/10!

The food is always good, if you receive everything you order. I went in Saturday to pick up my to go order thats always tied shut in a plastic bag. Instead of trying to open and check all the food I asked the lady at the register where I pick up the food if there were 2 large plates, baklava, white sauce, and hot sauce. She said yes. I get home and no baklava and no hot sauce. Maybe I should have double checked but its always a pain to tear that plastic bag open just to check. When I called the store to see if they can reimburse me they said they couldn't and I would have to drive all the way back and get the baklava. So im out $6.

Terrible experience. We walked in and were completely ignored — not even a greeting or acknowledgment. Three employees were on site, all on their phones, clearly seeing us but choosing not to engage. One even walked out from the back, looked right at us, and went back without saying a word. To make matters worse, a man who came in minutes after us was immediately greeted and helped with his order. We left right away and will never return. Absolutely awful customer service.

Halal Guys was a favorite of mine when I lived in nyc and I’m so happy it’s in South Florida. This particular location the service is always 10/10, the workers know their locals and are always friendly.
The food is delicious as always of course!

The food was delicious and I enjoyed my meal. I did notice something that could be improved in terms of hygiene. The server, who was already wearing gloves while serving, removed one glove to handle payment, placed it on the counter, then put it back on. She later cleaned tables while wearing the same gloves used for serving food. A quick glove change between tasks could make the experience feel even more sanitary.

NO WHITE SAUCE AND HARD PITA Not as good as the original by any imagination... it you don't have the sauce on hand you compromise extra meat ....rice free drink but that was pretty horrible...

We got 6 meals to go and so ended up being served by 2 servers. One was quiet and not particularly helpful when we said that we were taking a while to look at the menu since it was our first time there. They were playing music relatively loudly and the acoustics in the small location are horrible, so it was a bit hard to hear when we were speaking with the servers.
The falafel was fried fresh to order and was ready quickly.
The side of hummus was generous (about 6oz), but only came with one small pita bread (which we didn’t realize until we got home). It was not particularly flavorful, as I am used to a hint of lime/spice. It was improved by the red sauce they offer.
The chocolate baklava cheesecake was ok. Not very chocolatey and it only had a top crust of baklava, so it didn’t evoke any of the classic baklava flavors either.
The plates were pretty much all the same (except for the toppings in each). The lettuce and tomatoes were fresh. They don’t have any dressing or seasonings on it so if you like that, then you should add some of their white sauce. The chicken had a nice outer texture from the grill and was juicy but pretty flavorless. For a middle eastern restaurant, I expected some sumac or Zaatar or 7 spice - not just salt and pepper. The toppings are nothing special - raw onions, green bell peppers, jarred jalapeño, or briney chopped olives.
It wasn’t bad, but nothing special enough to return to.
