Nice workers, clean area, solid smoothie

Had a wonderful experience here. Was looking for a healthy smoothies spot near by and so so glad this TSC was open till 11 pm on a Saturday night. Fast service, highly recommend this!

I do not recommend ever getting a smoothie from this place. They are putting only ice and water in your smoothies with just a teeny bit of product. I ended up ordering a peanut paradise and honestly speaking. I did not even taste peanut butter or the protein or the banana in there just ice and water I was very disappointed because their smoothies are $10. I would’ve known this. I could’ve just made myself an ice and water smoothie at home. What a waste of money and time please don’t ever go to this place again to go get a smoothie. They do not know how to make them or I think it’s the owner or the manager telling them to just make smoothies with a lot of ice and water so they can save money on their products

I used to go to Tropical Smoothie a lot, but they jacked the prices up, so I stopped. The food and smoothies are good, but the wait is unnecessary. The cashier takes the order and makes it—that’s fine, but why can’t there be someone to take the order and another person to make it? Once the line clears up, the cashier could help. That just makes more sense to me, but I’m not the one running the store.

After years of not going, I decided to buy what I used to get. To my surprise, there was a damn mosquito in my sandwich at the very last bite! This is just disgusting. I went first thing in the morning (8 a.m.), and they open at 7 a.m., so things should be “fresh.” A dead mosquito—mosquitoes carry blood! That makes it even worse. I will never go back again.

Excellent variety of smoothie flavor options and add-ins.
I personally love the Blimy Limy- its low sugar, no fat, and low carbs. Wraps are flavorful. The Jerk Chicken (minus the rice) is SPICY, but sooo yummy. Staff is fast and friendly.

..... you have to save this location as your favorite from TJ the manager to the overall staff I have to give a shout out to Maasai, Sam & Irsa. The lunch rush was insane but they worked fluidly to get all the orders out and didn't missing a beat... they've become my new fave....

The store had a line of customers, yet the employees ignored us, chatting about not wanting to work and trying to switch shifts. Some were on their phones, waiting for smoothies to finish, rather than acknowledging customers. They didn’t greet anyone, seemed unfamiliar with the menu when we asked questions, and appeared annoyed while taking our order. Additionally, the dining and waiting area was poorly maintained, with dirty tables and overflowing trash cans.

The food is awesome good music if you need help they will help you there’s pretty good energy. Overall nice place

I recently visited this Tropical Smoothie Cafe and had an amazing experience! I tried the mango magic and it’s now my new favorite go to drink 10/10. The staff was friendly and the service was quick. The cafe had a clean and welcoming atmosphere, so I enjoyed my time spent there. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this cafe to anyone looking for a healthy treat!!
