This is THE WORST Wawa to go to in all of broward!!!!! If you have the option to go to another… DO IT! I go in every single morning except sundays and buy two protein shakes and usto get a X-Large cup of ice and go. Self pay quick in and out. Nowwwwww they want to ring up cups and keep them behind the counters. Fine! But not when you have 3 old ladies running the place moving at turtle pace. Like this is a super busy Wawa in the morning just because of where it is and you’d think considering I am there every morning without fail at 7:32, that I’d be remembered but noooo everyday they wanna see proof I paid for my protein shake and wanna search the system to make sure I paid then give me a cup not hear the size correctly, give me a smaller size then ARGUE with me that that is what I asked for!!! These old ladies need to go to night shift or stay home! A 3 minute in and out is now 8-10min and when you’re taking kids to school every minute counts. Today will be my last time going there cause now I’m late!

Not handicap friendly
I went to this wawa location on July 18, 2025, at 8:30 PM to get gas. I use a wheelchair, so I called the number on the pump for handicap help. I told the lady I needed someone to help me fuel my car. She said I had to come inside. I told her I’m in a wheelchair and can’t go in. She said, “Wait.”
I waited 20 minutes, then called again. She said, “We can’t help.” That was very frustrating and a waste of my time.
If Wawa isn’t going to help disabled people, they should remove the handicap assistance number from the pumps. It’s not fair to offer help and then refuse it.

John needs to learn customer service and how to speak to customers.
This place used to be good but the store manager Alexis really messed everything up by removing all cups and making us pay for it. I always get water but she forced the employee to refuse to serve me a water cup. Bad management and very narcissistic by removing all other photos on the walls of the other staff and only keeping hers.

Definitely not the Wawa that I have been in before. Yuck.
I ordered a delivery and it arrived incomplete, and I was told I had to go back to the store to pick up the drink or get a refund. Why am I paying for a delivery? It doesn't make sense.

Wawa is honestly my go to when I need something quick. The hoagies are pretty solid, the coffee’s actually good, and I love how you can customize pretty much everything. Whether it’s late night cravings or just a fast stop, wawa never lets me down. Plus the touchscreen ordering thing makes it super easy. It’s just one of those places that always hits the spot.

CONTAMINATED GAS!!! THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE GAS HERE, I HAVE GONE HERE 2 TIMES AND BOTH TIMES MY CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND MY CAR STARTED TO MISFIRE...I HAD TO DRIVE EXTRA FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS TO BURN THIS GAS OUT AND IMMEDIATELY AFTER I REFILLED IT SOMEWHERE ELSE AND MY CAR CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WENT AWAY AND STOPPED MISFIRING....SO YEA, STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAS!!!!

Usually staff are friendly and everything is well stocked but lately quality and service has been terrible. I came in for a pre made sandwich and a bag of ice and nothing was stocked. Had to add the condition of the bathrooms

If it wasn’t for Somer as a perfect manager, I would have given this place a one star for the bad attitude Clive has as a cashier.
They get my coffee wrong every time, I order a Cafe con leche/latte and always end up with just hot milk and came sugar. I know on the ticket/prompt it doesn't specify the coffee itself being added but it doesn't seem to be getting fixed anytime soon. I'd just like what I'm paying for and don't have the time in the morning to go ahead and ask them to correct it since it's a slower location.
