Horrible, no wonder they had zero customers. First the bathroom was dirt with no paper towels. Then the manager (wore a ski mask) had the worst attitude, corporate should shut it down immediately. Thankfully Burger King was down the road

Had a great experience at the Wendy's drive-thru today thanks to tai and brian working the window. They were so friendly and efficient, making the whole process quick and easy.
It's clear these two employees take pride in providing top-notch customer service. They made what can sometimes be a frustrating drive-thru experience actually quite enjoyable. I left feeling satisfied with my food and impressed by the level of service. Kudos to these two young men for representing Wendy's so well! I'll definitely be back.

Just came from there about 30 minutes ago. Asked for a small fry - no salt. The fries were cold & soggy and had hair on them, like they fell on the floor and scooped them back in the bag.
