Ordered delivery from Matteson location through the wingsnob website. They outsourced the delivery to DoorDash and sent only half my $100 order. DoorDash blamed them, and Wingsnob refused to send the full order and offered only a refund. This was in October - still no refund, still no communication from Wingsnob despite trying all their listed customer service options and socials (as well as them responding to my Google review asking me to reach out a different way - which they also ignored).
If you're Wingsnob customer service and reading this, you can get ahold of me by responding to the Facebook message I just sent. Again. For the third time.

They did an excellent job catering out neighborhood summer picnic. We served over 1400 wings and fries and everyone loved them. Their service was excellent and Peter and Hetsl were great to work with.

Your online app is broken and according to your manager at the Plymouth, MI location, it is my fault. Ordered 20 tenders with 4 dipper sauces. Rcvd 20 tenders tossed in sauce. It does say toss them in your favorite sauce for $1 more but there is no option to select toss or not to toss. Ironically, I did not get charged to toss Manager basically blamed me for their broken app and wanted to 'burn off' the sauce by refrying them rather than remaking my order or refunding. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.
