Your online app is broken and according to your manager at the Plymouth, MI location, it is my fault. Ordered 20 tenders with 4 dipper sauces. Rcvd 20 tenders tossed in sauce. It does say toss them in your favorite sauce for $1 more but there is no option to select toss or not to toss. Ironically, I did not get charged to toss Manager basically blamed me for their broken app and wanted to 'burn off' the sauce by refrying them rather than remaking my order or refunding. I will NEVER go to this location ever again.

The food here is pretty good… when you can get it.
Getting near home after many hours of driving across state lines, I pull up to the Wing Snob near home. The hours on the door say they’re open until 11p, while the printed sign below it says they close at 10pm… but ten minutes before, with the open sign lit and the door unlocked, I walk in to place a carry out order and they tell me they’re closed.
Which, hey, not allowing dine-in I get, but don’t have your OPEN sign on if you’re, y’know, NOT OPEN!

Tried them (New Libertyville location) for the first time because of some random FB ad for them. holy cow they are good. not too crispy, juicy meat, did not skimp on the sauce and had a solid kick. Lady on the phone was very enthusiastic about their selection as well. can't wait to go again!

BY FAR the best wings I’ve ever had. It puts all of the other wings I’ve had to shame. If you want a fully flavored and juicy wing with crispy flavorful dry rubs… THIS IS THE PLACE!
Wings were dry and only like warm. A total waste of 29.00. Will never go back.

Hands down the best wings me and my family had in a long time . This is our second time we came and it was another perfect experience. Wings are cooked to perfection . Great choices in sauces . Love the season fries . First time we had the traditional wings and we loved them . This go around we had the boneless wings and still the same great results . This is our new family spot

Ordered a chicken sandwich meal and got a 2timed fried chicken patty that was burnt and smothered with about 2 cups of mayo. When I mentioned it to the counter girl she chuckled. Needless to say it was a waste of 12.00. Fries were decent. I also bought the 4oz coleslaw and that was like warm and creamy thick didn’t taste right. I’d upload pics but Wing Snob is not allowing me to. Go figure !

I was really in the mood for chicken wings. There are a lot of places around me that really don’t serve good wings. So I decided give “wing snob” a try. What a delight!...Good, FRESH chicken. Wheather it’s traditional, or boneless, you won’t be disappointed. Really good tasting really large wings. And the home made corn bread is to die for. I”ll back again...soon. Good spot.
