I was taken care immediately when I arrived. The employee was very courteous and efficient. However I waited 10-15 minute for my food to be handed to me. It was my first time at this place. When ai asked how more time I had to wait, an employee looked at the shelves and. Said “Your bag is here.” I told her I was not aware that my food was already finished and placed in the shelve. So she went and grabbed it and she did not know either because she had gone for a break. The few employees left there were chatting all the time. The place hasn’t been cleaned continuously for there is trash on tables and on the floor. Chose not to go to the bathroom thinking it could also be dirty. Looks like the place needs more attention. No complain about the food, nor all the employees. Nothing attracts more the return of a customer when he/she feels taken care of and/or walks in a clean place. (Especially bathrooms)

The food is always fresh and consistently good. You can tell the oil is fresh because everything tastes clean. The crew working today was fast & efficient. A special shoutout to the young lady at the front; her customer service was superior. 7/13/25

I had the tenders and fries. Tenders was ok. Fries not so ok. Broken up and looked old. Kind of overcooked both but it sufficed the moment. Plenty of chairs inside. Closest to Weston. 🤔We need one Weston.

Staff ruin the experience. Couldn’t even bother to alert me the food was done until there was 20 minutes left to closing. This is one of the only times I will ever leave a review, but this pissed me off so much I had to.
Not to mention how dirty the floors were. Trash all over and they were sticky. You’re better off ordering, but they’ll let it pile up too!

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this location. My order was incorrect. The staff appeared untrained and lacked the professionalism one would expect. The manager handled the situation in an unprofessional and dismissive manner, showing little regard for the store's reputation. My order was incorrect, and resolving the issue felt unnecessarily difficult and frustrating. I ultimately requested a refund, but was informed they could not provide a receipt — instead offering to take a photo of the computer screen, which I found highly unprofessional. Based on this experience, I will not be returning. Unfortunately, I would rate this visit 0 for professionalism, 0 for quality, and 0 for customer service.

This is the 2nd time I've come to the Davie location and the French Fries were AWFUL!!! they are using old grease to cook the fries and the fries are darker and soft. Fries should be golden brown and crispy...I took the fried home and put them in the air fryer and they were crisp but tasted like burnt oil... highly disappointed.. The lemon pepper wings were great!!! But the fies need improvement..
I had a terrible experience with this location today. I ordered a 6 piece combo for delivery. First of all it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered. Then after waiting all that time it only came with FIVE wings that were cold, the fries which were also very cold, had zero seasoning even though i got lemon pepper seasoning, and the ranch had barely anything in it. I was very unsatisfied. Would not order from here again.

This is the best Wingstop in Broward. I travel from Tamarac and pass at least two other Wingstops to come here because their food and service is the best. They also have a really large dining area.

Ordered the 20 boneless wing meal. The girl taking the order spoke so softly and mumbled that we both found ourselves leaning over the counter in order to catch what she said. She made no effort at all to speak up or show any interest in enunciating. We had to wait 20 minutes for the meal to be brought to our table. We were the only couple sat inside. It was noticeable that the fries were not very hot and almost mushed together. The over -riding taste of everything, was salt. I mean it was a salt fest. The boneless wings were so bad my girlfriend asked me if i thought it was real chicken. The four flavours of the wings had obviously been created by the kitchen demon, as each was so intense, but not in a good way. To say that each flavor was odd is not an exaggeration. The meal was that bad that we left most of it. Our parting words to each other was, " Never again, and, What the heck was that?". Lots of nearby parking.

I’m in the service industry and it baffles me when I run into so many reps that have 0 social skills. It’s not hard to welcome a customer and at least respond when your customers are leading the conversation. Customer service needs improvement.
