I been ordering several times since this davie location first opened always satisfied other than one time which I overlooked and always recommend them. Recently on Nov o1, over the phone I ordered the 15 piece classic combo Garlic Parmesan on 11 and BBQ on 4. When I came to pick it up they said it was paid. I said I didn't pay they first disagreed and I told them I would know if I paid. It was an error on their end.. When I finally got home , there was 3 small flats not very tasty and 12 drumettes with lots of grisle. We actually ate 10 and trashed the rest. I called to complain and spoke to the manager Odell. He remembered me from being honest about not paying, apologizing and advised me the next time I order he will take care of it. Few days later we ordered the samething and he took care of me after they called him. When I got home everything was excellent and delicious. I just want to say Odell has excellent business sense with empathy as well for customer service which is valuable for customer service. We have had their boneless wings several times as well on Tuesday specials and only once I was disappointed. In the restaurant business when serving customers everything can not be perfect each time. Talking to the right problem solvers makes the difference. This young man deserves an A plus for outstanding excellence service. Michael Meyer

Ordered boneless wings. Received tiny pieces that resembled popcorn chicken. When I asked the wingstop staff if thats how it's supposed to be, they simply answered no it's not and showed me a chart that shows that they shouldn't have served me the small pieces. They advised me that next time it shouldn't happen again. They did not offer me any sort of compensation for my order that they messed up. Buffalo wild wings has better food, service, and their new promo is a much better deal than wingstop.

I was taken care immediately when I arrived. The employee was very courteous and efficient. However I waited 10-15 minute for my food to be handed to me. It was my first time at this place. When ai asked how more time I had to wait, an employee looked at the shelves and. Said “Your bag is here.” I told her I was not aware that my food was already finished and placed in the shelve. So she went and grabbed it and she did not know either because she had gone for a break. The few employees left there were chatting all the time. The place hasn’t been cleaned continuously for there is trash on tables and on the floor. Chose not to go to the bathroom thinking it could also be dirty. Looks like the place needs more attention. No complain about the food, nor all the employees. Nothing attracts more the return of a customer when he/she feels taken care of and/or walks in a clean place. (Especially bathrooms)
They now serve frozen french fries and no longer fresh cut potatoes. Such a shame.

I had the tenders and fries. Tenders was ok. Fries not so ok. Broken up and looked old. Kind of overcooked both but it sufficed the moment. Plenty of chairs inside. Closest to Weston. 🤔We need one Weston.

Today at 9:30 p.m., one cashier resolved an issue i had with a driver really fast. He was so diligent and professional he definitely deserves a raise.
