I had a terrible experience with this location today. I ordered a 6 piece combo for delivery. First of all it took an hour and a half for it to be delivered. Then after waiting all that time it only came with FIVE wings that were cold, the fries which were also very cold, had zero seasoning even though i got lemon pepper seasoning, and the ranch had barely anything in it. I was very unsatisfied. Would not order from here again.

This is the best Wingstop in Broward. I travel from Tamarac and pass at least two other Wingstops to come here because their food and service is the best. They also have a really large dining area.

This food was so salty, it was not edible. Ordered wings, the corn and fries. Way too much salt

Ordered the 20 boneless wing meal. The girl taking the order spoke so softly and mumbled that we both found ourselves leaning over the counter in order to catch what she said. She made no effort at all to speak up or show any interest in enunciating. We had to wait 20 minutes for the meal to be brought to our table. We were the only couple sat inside. It was noticeable that the fries were not very hot and almost mushed together. The over -riding taste of everything, was salt. I mean it was a salt fest. The boneless wings were so bad my girlfriend asked me if i thought it was real chicken. The four flavours of the wings had obviously been created by the kitchen demon, as each was so intense, but not in a good way. To say that each flavor was odd is not an exaggeration.
The meal was that bad that we left most of it. Our parting words to each other was, " Never again, and, What the heck was that?".

I’m in the service industry and it baffles me when I run into so many reps that have 0 social skills. It’s not hard to welcome a customer and at least respond when your customers are leading the conversation. Customer service needs improvement.

The worts atettion ever, i orderd, and my english is not the best, but the a girl who was taking my order didn't make the slightest effort to understand what I was telling her; she bored face was not normal, I told her that didn't understand and she just repeated the same thing 3 more times,
plus
more than half an hour waiting for the order.
I can't deny that the wings are 10/10.
It will be worth having a bad time between attention and waiting, each person will decide.

The staff that attended to us was very friendly. Especially the lady who brought us the food, spoke Spanish…. Unfortunately I don't know her name but she was especially kind and attentive in her attention. 10/10 in everything. The best wingstop place I've ever been to

Wingstop in davie,Fl been slacking lately every time I order food over the phone they messed up my order in person they messed up my order. I just placed an order my order cost over $50 and they still managed to miss my order. I had to check my bag anytime you guys purchase wings you guys gotta make sure you check your bag before you leave the store. I checked the bag. I was missing 10 garlic Parmesan wings, and on top of that they had an attitude Just to give me my wings and when they did give me the wings they gave me burnt wings, and when I told them that I want better wings than that, they caught an attitude with me because I asked him to re-cook my wings. If you guys don’t wanna work at Wingstop, don’t work there if you’re gonna have an attitude with the customer, the owner of Wingstop needs to do is hire people that’s actually gonna work and not hire people that’s just gonna sit there and play around with people’s food. The owner of Wingstop needs to go undercover and go look at each Wingstop and see how their workers are treating customers you will be highly upset of certain workers.
Absolutely sent me only the worst boneless wings they could scrap up for the night. Dry, cold, and mostly breading if you like that.
I received 2 1/2 Korean Spicy BBQ boneless wings, and 4 1/2 Mango Habanero. I guess it was whatever they had for the night. They were ice cold and hard. It was supposed to be 5 Korean Spicy BBQ and 5 Mango Habanero.

I come to this particular location all the time either I’m ordering ahead or I go in and pick it up. I honestly wanted to give a one star as it relates to service to one particular person But I decided to give two stars because another young lady by the name of Jhade remained very calm. Her customer service was excellent as opposed to Juanita, who was completely miserable from the time I walked in to the facility. I walked in. She was at the cash register, I walked up to her and she just stared at me. I actually had to open my mouth and say hello. In turn , I received a curt “Hi” With the same stoned face. As I’m looking up at the menu, she walks away, so I politely moved over to the other open register in which Jhade was on. I asked her being that it was 315. Could I still get the lunch special? She went over to Juanita to ask her because I told her I normally call ahead. I called once and truthfully the line was busy so I said I’ll just drive over since I’m already near unfortunately it was after their lunch special Juanita came up to the register and said lunch is 11 to 3 and there are no exceptions. The owner said they are Not making any exceptions and I said to her, I called and I come here all the time there are exceptions to rules, but she made it clear in a very stern voice that there were no exceptions. Because I was already getting annoyed with her attitude, I asked her who is the manager. She said the manager isn’t here. The owner isn’t here. I said OK what is the owner’s name? She provided the owner’s name and I said I’ll try to reach out to him. It’s OK if you guys can’t do it you can’t do it. She continue to talk and I said to her. I said don’t worry about it. Because at that point she became a bit antagonizing I proceeded to order with Jhade. I then paid for my order and I normally order all flats. I didn’t remember if I said it so I went back up to her and said hey Can you please make sure it’s all flats I watch Juanita go behind her and say something to her after I said that. Jhade comes back to me and said she just said I have to charge you for that- Fine it’s not an issue, but the issue was that this lady was miserable from the beginning so I finally had to say I’m not sure why you’re behaving this way. There’s a lot going on in this country and none of us can afford to be miserable to one another You may have things going on But you’re working in a service industry and a lot of people have a lot going on. Of course she ignored me as if I’m not even speaking, but the fact of the matter is now is not the time to behave this way towards anyone I was very upset and very annoyed and it was clear that whatever her issue was with me. It’s more of an internal issue within her and no one should be front line serving anyone With that demeanor, keep her in the back away from people. If I shared on here what I did notice about her, Wingstop will probably be boycotted by the ones that TRULY support it. ~
