Placed an order and the app said it would be ready in approximately 20 minutes and we ended up waiting about 1.5 hours. Then they missed several items & said it would take an hour to get the items they missed. They ended up getting a manager to rush the fixed order & they gave us a couple brownies to make up for it. Still just an overall hot mess of an experience.

The wings here are great , I am here to say the service lacks most .. the people on cashier are rude this is the second time I am experiencing this and I have to say a store should have a decency to acknowledge customer with a smile .. this store seems like they are giving free food and throws tons of attitude .. would give 0 stars for customer service

It didn't take long at all yo put in a order or fore the food to come out but the people who's serving ain't nice at all.pluse I left my phone there when I came back fore it one guy who work there was way in the back of the store with it like he was trying to get in

Hung up on me when I asked why they weren't giving my order to the 5 Uber drivers that showed up. I don't care if you gave it to someone who stole the order that's a YOU issue, I ordered from your wing stop store front, remake it!! SMH. If a waiter drops the food on the way to my table you wouldn't make it again? No concept of service.
