Wunderbar is a typical German-style place with a charming atmosphere and a good selection of beers. The food is authentic and delicious, especially the pretzels among the appetizers — definitely worth trying. However, cleanliness could be improved, as the outdoor tables are often dirty and not well maintained. Despite that, it’s a nice spot to spend an evening with friends, enjoying something different and savoring great beer in a casual setting.

The updated decor only adds a more festive atmosphere for the wonderful food that is offered at Wunderbar. The choice of beers was plentiful. The soups were outstanding, flavorful and enjoyed by those who ordered them. The sampler platter and schnitzel were delicious. The dessert of the pancakes was a welcome surprise. You could taste the cinnamon and butter, and were quite addictive. As many times as I have dined here, I have never been disappointed. The service, the food choices as well as the quality of the food are magnificent.

Super disappointed….
Placed an order for pick up ..
they didn’t send my Brie & mushroom bisque or my husband’s extra mushroom gravy ..
the food was also cold ( we were eating very close by)
Then we called and called and called and no one was ever available to answer the call..
VERY DISAPPOINTED.
* Charged for both items
My husband states he will not be returning or recommending.

This place is very cute. I came in and had a drink but like other reviews i wasn’t really greeted and sat for a bit before the bartender who was right in front of me making a drink even said hi. Not sure why you can’t pour a drink and also say hi to someone who is 18 inches from your face, but he finally after making a drink that took a long time came over and still didn’t say hi but asked what i would like. Not rude, but just not friendly. I found it odd that there was zero happy hour on anything being a weekday at 4pm. I came in looking for a happy hour and left paying for a $17glass of Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc.. i may return because I’m local, however if there was happy hour deals I’d be here every week because I’m stuck in this plaza waiting very Thursday. Since there are numerous bars and restaurants in the plaza i won’t be as inclined to select this location. Add a happy hour and I will definitely come back!
