Food is decent. Morning crew is terrible. They take one car at a time and make you wait at the speaker for 5 minutes. They always pull you around and bring the food out, which is super unnecessary for a single croissanwich meal. They care more about their stupid drive thru times for internal reasons rather than caring for the actual intended reason: getting customers their food quickly. They slow down the entire process to a snails pace, then they have the nerve to talk extra cheerfully like they aren't inconveniencing you incredibly by doing things this way. It's just annoying. Three cars backed out of the drive thru last time I went, just waiting on a single car to even get spoken to at the speaker, while there was only one car in front of him at the window.

Got 3 meals to go. Two were ok, I mean how can you screw up chicken fries? I also ordered two Whopper Jrs and an onion ring. We love Whopper Jr, eat them alot at home in Chattanooga. These things were awful. First, the buns were mashed down and flat, like someone ha sat something heavy on top of them. The burgers were not Whopper Jr size burgers. They were little thin pieces of something that looked like meat. No flavor at all, did not fill the entire bun. Next, no mustard, no mayo, no ketchup, no pickle and no onion. The piece of lettuce was like a postage stamp and the tomato was the but end of a tomato, very small and dry. This is a horrible Burger King. Needs new mgmt and quality control.

Had the Texas Double Whopper. Meat & bacon were old & dry. Veggies were fresh. But, unsure if it has the BBQ sauce. And only 1 slice of cheese for 2 patties?? Fries were not fresh, couldn't eat them. For $12!

I ordered A small hash brown got a medium. A medium water was charged for a Dasani??? and an egg cheese croissant which all I got was egg. The gentleman was absolutely a jerk, very condescending and it sucks because I actually like the food at Burger King.

The few locations I visit seemed to have trouble maybe related to recovering from the effects of the pandemic but it's been awhile. Last time I visited on Nova and Dunlawton they were closed.

manager was the meanest nastiest food service worker i have seen in 49 years of eating out. Just read the reviews. they evidently don't care this man is horrible to people. Left out my food and accused me publically of stealing and said he did not make mistakes . said he had a camera to prove it and I said please go look and he refused. Worst I have ever been treated

We pulled up for a mobile order. The man at the drive-thru told us to pull around and park and wait for the food to be brought out. Well we did so but it took him close to 15 minutes to bring it to us. When he did bring it it was missing our onion rings and our chicken nuggets. My husband goes in to tell them that they forgot to put it in the bag and the man who identified himself as a manager said he did put it in there and he did not make mistakes. Made it out like my husband stole the food. Made him come back out to the car and take the hamburgers out of mine and my children's mouth and bring it back in to show him. It was just an insane ordeal. I mean why would we steal chicken nuggets and onion rings if all things? I will make sure that we never stop at this location again.
