The BEST corn beef hash I have ever had!!!!!

Recommended 150% - Breakfast can be a hard sell for me because of I don't eat eggs in pure form. At 9:00 am on a busy Sunday the cook said, "sure I will make her a Greek Bowl with chicken from the lunch menu and it was beyond good. Serving size was more than I mostly eat at one time and yet I "cleaned my plate" and did not feel guilty. My husband had an omelet and said it was really good also.
