“Came here on a whim whilst waiting for my daughter to come out of surgery. What a lovely little gem of a place !! So glad I came! The food was delicious and cooked fresh with a nice variety of everything. The environment is calming and welcoming. The staff is helpful, polite and friendly. “I just read the previous review about the employees and the food. I was in line when said customer asked about the dogs. First off, the employees did not look miserable, they are doing their jobs. Second I ordered cinammon nuggets and they were hot and fresh. The lady did ask how long for the food to the employees in the back of the store. The employee answered and the lady repeated back FIVE minutes? and the employee again stated EIGHT minutes and she did say it a little louder because I think she thought the lady might not have heard correctly. I do come here often and have never had a bad pretzel and the employees have always been nice and friendly. As a side note I looked on the lady’s review profile. She seems to give negative reviews to about every place she’s been too. Must not be a Happy person.“
