“Thank you to the fabulous ladies at the Columbia store!!! Great customer service and very helpful!! I had bought a pair of jeans from the American Eagle store over Christmas,they left the security tag on them, It happens. I drive a hour away to have them remove it to find out they are closed today and reopen tomorrow. There is a crew in the store working, I tap on the door and 4 or so of the employees look at me. I hold up the jeans and show them the tag and they ALL just walk away. What would have literally taken them 2 minutes to take off they chose to ignore me. Even what looked like the manager, just walking around supervising. Next time open the door and just see what YOUR customer may need!! So I went to Columbia store and looked around as I checked out I told my experience and the ladies checked my receipt and took it off gratefully!!“
