MIKE was very rude when i came in! He has to understand he sets the tone & the energy for the people coming in For enjoyment .. My recommendation is to get younger security that has customer service and professionalism when you come in.. it’s supposed to be an experience of a lifetime when you walk in, win or lose! You treated me unfair and was very rude. been coming here for years.. how ‘s hey hello! how are you? the dealers have no drive to make tips. just plane ole boring id rather take my money to best bet in saint augustine were people greet you the moment you come in.. they have ppl in suits catering to you the moment you come in! Also have deals on food & opportunity to win free play on sports days.. employees are rude, old, & boring there’s no excitement at the dog track anymore. take your money and experience else where im sure you’d have a lot more fun. Mike’s exact works were “ you can go somewhere else and never come back we don’t care” & all i was doing was expressing my feelings.. im calling corporate on him for sure! just straight up nasty for no reason!

One patron was clearly over served, causing the entire place to be distracted and not paying attention to poker. Only 3 tables running on a Tuesday. Fight was bound to happen and yet nothing was done about it. Thankful this isn't my home town with the only option to play.

I go there to play simulcast greyhound races. It's very sad that Floridians voted to end live greyhound racing in the state a few years ago. I'm still kind of surprised that happened. But simulcasting is the next best thing. The place is very nice, but a little too quiet.

Best poker around, I live in jax but travel to daytona for their poker room.

No longer kennel club. Came from out of state to watch greyhounds but found out they no longer run in Florida.

Basically I get that you have guide lines and everything and have to ID which I do not mind at all but whoever working that front that checks idea worst customer service like I went with my dad and I forgot my ID showed him a photo and he accused me of being they’re before and this was my first time back they’re since I was 11 years old

Clean facilities throughout. Small dining area with many healthy options. Lots of table games. Big dog and horse betting area. Lots of poker tables. Staff is friendly and helpful. Bathroom is clean and stocked up. Very organized game room and you get a table seating quickly. Dealers are nice and run a good game.

I love this place because I love to play poker and bet on the ponies :-). They serve your drinks and food table side while you’re gambling and the people have been so friendly from the moment of check-in to even the players and I have been there three times now and decided it was time to give them a 5-Star review because they’ve earned it. I will take pictures next time I’m there but it’s kind of one of those sensitive places we’re taking pictures isn’t always a good thing.
